I purchased some bags from Tsawwassen Mill but I was in the store today trying to return the defective product and the associate whose name is Mandy doesn’t let me do so. She said, “because it is the defective product so you have to back to the original store. We write down on the receipt we have the choice to accept the return or not if it is the defective product.” I trust her and trying to find out what exactly be written on the receipt and I found the receipt said, “any defective merchandise, may be returned within 30 days of original purchase to ANY Tommy Hilfiger Canada Store.” I showed her this and she said I don’t know what did you do to the bags so we can not take them. I said the bags it’s totally new and even the straps tied on the bad I didn’t open it, how come I use them? And I just bought two days ago it doesn’t make any sense. She just keep accusing me use the bags and destroy. After she keep arguing with me I felt super bad and I wanted to spoke to a manager. She said, “ oh, my manager is doing an interview.” I said, “ okay, fine. I will wait.” Twenty minutes later, I came to ask her again if they done the interview or not. She told me, “ oh my manager is on the second interview.” Is it the good way to talked to your customer like this? If you already know you have a customer have an issue on the floor no one can help me out and just keep doing the interview? I am not sure Mandy let her manager know I am waiting or not. But it is really bad experience in this store. And Mandy is the worst associate I have ever seen. I told her I won’t go to Tsawwassen she even told me you bought them from they you supposed will go there. So if I bought some defective product from Ontario I suppose to go back there? What she saying doesn’t make any sense to me. And she keep accusing me is totally unacceptable. I bought lots of things in Tommy at lots of different locations this one is the worst one and Mandy is the worst associate ever. Even they discuss me use Indian language in the store which made me feel super uncomfortable. I am not doing anything wrong, I just want to return the defective products. If they don’t have any issues why I need to return them back. I am happy to take them.
