To the caring girl who came out if the boutique with a wet towel and water while I was sick on side of the road THANK YOU!!!!! My husband and I arrived in Halifax the night before from Florida. I woke up a wicked sinus infection and was car sick due to the severe Headache. In addition to being sick I was totally embarrassed to be on the side of the road!!!! I had intended on going back to the boutique to thank you in person but the trip got away from us & we never made it back that way. Beautifully curated selection of dresses, both casual and dressy, sweaters, tops, skirts, jackets and scarves. Wonderful customer service. Provides reusable bags with an incentive to bring them with you. Overall such a lovely shop and the perfect go place for something new.

Horrible customer experience - will never go back I had an issue with one of the dresses I purchased here. When I came forward with my complaint (bought online and picked up in store without trying it on - the dress was inappropriately too short) I asked if I could exchange the dress I purchased for a new one (I didn't event want my money back) and they said no because the dress was a final sale. I totally understand that it is a final sale and that is your policy, however I was a long term customer there and its sad to say that Sweet Pea will no longer get my business. It boggled my mind that they could not work with me to resolve the issue I was having, especially since this is a small locally owned business who relies on great customer service to keep them alive. The employee who was emailing me about this was quite rude and extremely defensive over the issue, not very professional in my opinion.

Incredible customer service for online orders! I had an issue with an item but Johanna was very accomodating, friendly and prompt in her response. Also, store has incredibly unique curation of styles that I have not seen anywhere else. Highly recommend - totally worth the shipping!

I was walking by the shop when I overheard a lady complimenting the owner on the merchandise. She told the owner that she hasn't ever been to a store where everything that she tried on made her feel beautiful- until now. She had purchased 4 dresses and was so excited to wear them. After overhearing such a glowing review, I decided to pop in. I found a very beautiful dress for myself. The staff member working the counter was very helpful. If I was a local I would shop here again on a heartbeat.
