Very little stock in store, ridiculously expensive products and abysmal online shopping. A Amazon I shall go, at least they have affordable big and tall products with fantastic delivery and simple returns. The in store staff however are spectacular! Very friendly and professional, but I am not going in store to buy customer service.

They have really good sales periodically for people who need larger sized clothes. When I was there, I was able to get 4 pairs of denim and 4 polo shirts for 70% off. Without that discount, the bill would have been close to $1000 and was able to get it for $350 including tax.

The tailor is excellent. I always feel a bit silly wandering out with a Mr Big and Tall bag with my tailored clothes, lol, but the tailor is top-notch and is often in the store. Always efficient and friendly service as well.

The last time I went in I felt Ignored I came in looking for a shirt and shorts he pointed out where they were in the store and then went to the back corner talking to the other employee. I was obviously having trouble after trying on several different things. I wish there was another location. Since this the only place to actually get big clothes. I might have to try online I guess cuz I really don't want to go back.
