We drove about an hr outside of your town to look for nice Jean's for my boyfriend almost every pair of there Jean's was like mans skinny Jean's it was up setting to think that the designer would label out a guy that wears a long straight leg Jean's or a boot fit pair then my boyfriend asked the guy working If the clothing on the discount things was on aswell he said only ladys stuff but they was on the discount rack crazy dont think being heading back til they up date the clothing for the prices they want for what you get anyone feel the same.

I walked into the Halifax Hollister store early on a Monday morning, there were no other customers only the unfriendly staff. We wanted to exchange an item, it took the "manager" at least ten minutes to come to the counter apparently his time is more valuable than mine. When he came to the counter he did not say hello, nor were we greeted upon our arrival to the store everyone was too busy doing their own thing. During the transaction which he clearly had no interest in preforming he did not make eye contact nor speak unless it was absolutely necessary. I found ALL the staff to be RUDE and IGNORANT!!

Very rude staff. Went for a size exchange for a xmas gift. A simple exchange!!!!! All I got was attitude and refusal. They will not honor their own promoted policies. Will never shop there again and I heartily call for a boycott of this American company. Terrible staff and misleading policies. Shop Canadian!!!!!!
