This company is trash. They are currently BRIBING customers with a giveaway if they leave reviews. They had received numerous complaints over the weekend and apparently instead of being a stand up company and fix it they are hoping to offset the negative reviews. Pathetic.

I walked into FBB 100% clueless on cloth diapers but knowing that I wanted to start. Ivy spent over an hour with me, explaining everything I would need to know, how to use, prep, wash and size my diapers. By the end of my trip i was so confident i ended up purchasing my entire stats. I send all my friends to FBB for all their baby needs! No one knows cloth diapers like FBB does!

Unbelievably poor customer service and "return" policy (there IS NO return policy, exchange only). Unworn, brand new items attempted to return 2 days later (after THEY sold me the wrong size. I tried to buy Wullyz and told them my kids' shoe size. They told me equivalent inches/conversion to their size and both sizes they told me would fit were far too small) and store credit only? Honest mistake/issue, ridiculously inappropriate response on their part. Will never be shopping here again. Do not recommend. ETA: I DID call the store before I posted this review, and was told " if you've shopped here many times before as you say you have, then you should know our policy. It's clearly on our receipt." Sorry I don't make a point of returning items I buy? And what good is that information AFTER I've already bought it? I've previously spent hundreds of dollars here. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear. To top it off, they have a useless non apologetic passive aggressive "answer" posted below in response to my review. When I called the store, I was told I'd be called within 24 hours after they discuss the issue with the owner. Guess that's not happening.

Terrible customer service. The associate was very rude to me and my young son, I was there to purchase a gift and was told that the gift recipient would not be allowed to even exchange the product within the store. I have shopped here and recommended this store to many friends in the past and had only good experiences, with other associates being wonderful to deal with, but after today I cannot recommend this store.

You dont honor discounts. You email the moms the next day asking for more money.. I'm actually disgusted with the company. You had unhappy customers and instead of fessing up you cover the bad reviews with 100 "good reviews" by offering a tula. I used to give this company a lot of money. But you're losing my service and I'm guessing a lot of other customers.. 1 free tula doesn't make the situation better. It's not trying to fix a mistake it's trying to cover it.

Great selection of products and brands I purchase often. Sadly, the manager is aggressive with sales. My husband went in for a size 8 rain boot for kids. They didnt have the size, so she insisted the 9 in another brand fits the same as an 8 in the brand we were looking for. Comparing to other kids boutiques, the return policy is limiting. Store Credit I will use in the future but I wont come back after that. Local or not - spending elsewhere.

Their return policy is store credit only. It doesn't matter if the item is in perfect condition and you bring it back with an original receipt less than a week from purchase, you are never getting your money back. That's reason enough for me to recommend that nobody shop here, ever.

Horrible service. Wouldn't honour an online coupon code that worked when I placed my order online and then charged me 10% of my order ($11) to cancel it. Good produces, but poor return policy and very aggressive selling methods by the store manager as she know if you buy and not happy with the product , you allowed only to exchange. With no money refund on defected and not as describe items even after 12 hours from buying. I'm trying to support local. I've made the 1.5 hour drive up to FBB twice in the past year, Ivy and Amanda were great both times, Our first visit Amanda took the time to help my boyfriend and son try different carriers and pick out the one that felt the best for them.
