Horrible, been with Cintas for about 10 months now, zero customer service. We have received our logo mat only a handful of times, however we are charged every week for one. We spend months trying to have employees clothes removed. Horrible company to deal with. Canadian linen isn't great but they are way better the Cintas.

Edit - some time has passed and things have spiraled out of control. Missing garments, missing logo mats. I'm hoping to put this back to a 5 star review soon, but things aren't looking good. Original Review: It's been a relatively short run so far, but we've had great service so far. The few hiccups we have had were ironed out quickly. Thank you Cintas team for the great work!

We've been using Cintas for quite a few years now and have had no issues. I switched from Canadian Linen because of all the issues I had with them. We use their mats. They are always on time, their people are pleasant and courteous. Whenever I have had an issue it was fixed. Never had any issues with their customer service.

What a dreadful company. Overcharging seems to be their normal way of doing business and also sneaking in additional charges all the while hoping you won't notice and not check your invoices. When contacting the Supervisor all I got was a combative attitude. Customer service are words that might as well be in a foreign language.
