Amazingly comfortable clothing, both materials and styles are just want I'm looking for. Love that my partner and I can share these clothes! Feels good knowing that the clothes are ethically and sustainably produced. So many great non-clothing items as well, I always grab some incense or another treat when making my orders. I've been a customer for a number of years and slowly transitioning all my wardrobe into Ana&Zac basics.

From the high-quality offerings of previously loved /vintage clothing & handmade accessories & jewelry to the attention to detail, it has a stream-lined, clean and organized aesthetic to the atmosphere and inventory, and well represents the Ana & Zak clothing line (which is the some of most comfy, high-quality natural fibre-made apparel you will find in Canada). The staff are also friendly and helpful.

There was usually my only one or two of the same item of clothing and there isn’t a very wide selection in sizes. A bit over priced in my opinion, I’m not going to pay $40 for a t-shirt with weak seams. The workers were polite though and the clothes are nice, just a very limited selection and a bit pricey.

Makenew is a beautiful, bright store full of really unique items, from thoughtfully chosen preworn to really cool jewellery. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and pride into the stock they sell and the staff are super welcoming and helpful! Plus, the prices are very reasonable!

Well another successful Xmas according to our family...with the Ana & Zac bra and panties, a beautiful heather grey cashmere long sweater and a super stylish black turtleneck all from Makenew. I probably never leave without finding some treasure. It's so nice to enter a space without heaps of clothes tightly packed on endless round hanging racks. The fresh contemporary look (sans clutter) is a soothing shopping experience. Love that shop!
