I am a frquent user, on and off or as required. But I cannot hepl it - why does this store have those difficult business hours during the summer. At a time where every men on town with a hammer and a skil saw wants to work until late into the evening - this store proudly and faithfully closes at 6 pm. It would be a good idea to pick the same business hours that their neighbour - Can Tire - provides. Unless money is not an object.

You guys are terrible!! When you finally do make an order you miss the truck and make us wait an additional week (happened twice with me!). The in-store help is there.....if you phone in there is no help. I was waiting to pay thousands and thousands on a new kitchen. No answers. I left a VM daily and still Jordan never got back to me. Finally I reach him by email and he said to send him a basic idea and size and he'd draft something up....I did and got dropped again. If you need/want a kitchen look for business South and have it shipped, at least they appreciate their customers.This is the worst home hardware I've ever dealt with. This "Corothers" place is embarrassing...

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when assistance is required. My main complaint is that when pricing out materials for a recent job there was a $2000 difference between their quote and a competitors for the same list. This was more than a 20% difference and I really can't see what would justify that in the same market.

Jordan Walz at Home Hardware is bar none the most helpful dude around. I was recently in quarantine and asked them to cut 14x14 squares out of a 4x8 sheet of birch plywood for me, as I’ve been getting into pyrography. I couldn’t go in there so he kindly had the pieces cut in no time at all, I paid for them via email and he brought them all out the door and put them in the truck for me! So sweet. Jordan and the home hardware staff are always so helpful, and do what they can to get you what you need. Thanks guys!

Excellent service from this store -- and have had nothing but good things to say about them for the past 10 years. A few examples: When I was doing renovations, I would get supplies prior to going to my full time job. Lumen, a sales person, would come in EARLY to ensure I was able to get my supplies and still get to work on time. It was several years ago, but I remember it with such appreciation. Just ended a phone call with Loren, corporate service desk: very professional, knowledgeable and I - again - had a good shopping experience. I feel fortunate to have this store in my community. They have wide ranging selection, and what is not stocked, they will try to obtain for you. Appreciate this opportunity to thank them.

Very disappointing. They ran out of the item I wanted that was on sale, but as it was on re-order for delivery within the sale period I didn't special order it and they had agreed to hold it for me when it came in. Of course it came in after the sale was over and so they didn't honor the sale price. I realize they have a no rain-check policy, but since this transaction was all supposed to happen in the same week I don't think this applies here.
