We said how much our budget was and she picked out so many dresses for my mom to try in the same budget range! Very bad business. Take your money deposit. Tell you if you decide not to get the dress they will give you credit in the store for other things like bridesmaids dresses or tiaras etc. No deadline specified, even when asked. But in reality when you come back and you decide not to take the dress they take your money no credit given. Then they tell you its too long for your decision making. Its Mother and Son in business and one will tell you one thing... And the other tells you a different tune. But when you come back to use your credit they lie and tell you they have never said that. I have heard not only I got scammed 50$ but other ppl have gotten scammed 300-500$. There dresses are not high quality for the prices they are asking for. And the lighting in the change room area does not truly show the reality of what the dress would look like in sunlight. Be careful be cautious. Be aware.

The dresses are OK, but way too overpriced. For the price they ask for the dresses, they could have a better place to receive the customers. I was pregnant and the employee asked me = "Why is that belly so big?" If I was just bigger in my belly for no reason, she did not have the right to ask me and should be respectful with my shape. Whatever my shape would be. I only bought because I needed so much and I had a marriage next day. Otherwise I would have left immediately. Very rude, unprofessional.

My wife and I came to Diane’s Dresses & Bridal after searching several stores. It was a pleasure doing business with Mina. We felt welcomed. She helped my wife pick the perfect dress complete with veil and tiara. The minor alterations required to adjust the dress were perfectly done. The prices, selection, and service here were the best. You can find all the dresses available at the so called higher end stores here at a fraction of the cost. Why pay more to someone else and get nothing more in return? Overall pleased and will recommend to others in search of the perfect wedding dress. It was a pleasure coming here. Thanks!

I was freaking out and the tailor was able to fix my dress in less than a few days at a more than reasonable price. Buyer beware. The dresses in the store are extremely outdated and old, not sure if they are even new or used and not worth the $300+ price tags. The tailoring isn’t up to par as my friend’s dress only needed minor tweaks but was quoted such an outrageous price. There is no refund or exchange, all sales are final but they do not tell you this and try to push all old dresses on you to hustle you out the door.

The bridal dresses are not worth the price tag. They all seem second hand but the staff claim they are all brand new. Brand new dresses do not have huge yellow stains on them!

the employee are rude and disrespectfully and bad quality dresses that are overpriced. The store is very dirty, saw a few bugs in the change room. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to worst enemy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESS! I bought a wedding dress from them, however there was altercations with the banquet hall and the wedding was cancelled until further notice. Meena and jolie refused to refund or help me in any way even though i bought the dress an HOUR AGO. They didn't let me know that every dress in the store was unfundable and wasn't even written on the receipt, they just assumed we know because they have a sign in the store that isn't visible surrounded by many dresses. The employee are responsible to let every customer know of the policies. This store does not care about their customers and only want sales. I HAVE A LARGE PLATFORM AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE FOR SERVICE OF ANY KIND!!!! My wedding was scheduled to take place in the spring of 2020. Prior to the pandemic I brought my wedding dress to this business in hopes they would have a seamstress capable of making some alterations to my dress (i.e.the dress was initially too big and I needed the dress to be resized). MEENA (the onsite seamstress) told me she would be able to make the adjustments. I had a fitting, my measurements were taken, and was told the alterations would take no more than 2-weeks, she would contact me letting me know when the dress was ready for pickup and that if there were any further adjustments that needed to be made she would do them at no extra cost. Then the first of many lockdowns happened. Being proactive, I contacted Meena and arranged a socially distanced pickup of said dress outside of the store. Obviously, I wasn't able to try on the dress at the store, so I returned home with the dress and came to realize that Meena had taking in the dress too much and now it was unable to rise above my hips. Once the lockdown was lifted I made an appointment with Meena to have the dress resized. Once I tried on the dress for her at the shop, showed her it didn't go above my hips, I was met with an overly aggressive, i-rate response from Meena. For one she said that it was entirely my fault the dress didn't fit, she denied could've made any mistake in the alteration, refused to arrive at a solution, and told me to buy a new dress and figure it out as it's not her problem. Bear in mind I didn't ask for a refund or anything, I was simply expecting her to honor her promise to re-do the alteration if it was not to my liking. During this horrible interaction, as she examined the dress I noticed, she had cut the dress unnecessarily, leaving no room to put the dress back to its original state. Meena ruined my wedding dress, denied that she did the work although I had a receipt, didn't honor her word to re-do the alteration, and told me she didn't care seeing as how she already had my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT BRING AN ALTERATION HERE! THE OWNER AND MEENA DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PATRONAGE!! THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED AND DO HORRIBLE WORK!
