I travelled to NBay in need of a last-minute off-rack dress. Although no dresses met my specs (colour, size), I was both impressed and appreciative of the outstanding professional sevice. She even referred me to the other bridal stores in NBay --her competitors-- in order to help me find my dress. Sweet bridal boutique with small town values.

I do not recommend. the 2 senior consultants kept making inappropriate comments towards each other, creating so much tension and drama in the air. They were both bickering and disagreeing and I felt like I was getting pulled in all directions. One consultant was rude to my sister stating "I do not work for you" when she casually suggested a dress that was my style. The energy felt suffocating. I was extremely stressed and did not enjoy my experience. The dresses were pricey and didn't have modern selections. They kept justifying the prices (which I wasn't debating) but little do they know that I've research the prices and they seem to be more expensive then most shops for the quality/selection of dresses they offer. ALSO the phone "not allowed to have your phones" business is so unnecessary!! As a customer, I should be allowed to take pictures especially since THE GUESTS allowed with me are LIMITED.

These lovely ladies are the kindest, warmest spirits in town. As someone on a tight budget, (and having no idea what I even wanted!) they worked with me, and were so patient and encouraging. When I found the one, the infamous Tony came and showed me what he could do with the dress and somehow made a perfect dress even better. These people walked me through every step and told me exactly what to expect the whole way through. Thanks for making something that I was really anxious and worried about (especially during Covid) a surprisingly fantastic experience. Keep sharing you're beautiful smiles and fun loving nature with us all!

Amazing experience. We went in to just "have a look" at prom dresses and the staff and selection was superb. We found the perfect dress and purchased it that same day. Even though they were very busy she took the time with us and made my daughter feel special and looked after. I would recommend to anyone shopping for a prom dress.

I'm torn with my rating on this one. They have a great selection of dresses at all price ranges. They have attention to detail which is great, however they are somewhat deceptive when it comes to alterations. We were given a detailed quote. They performed these alterations plus moved some hooks and then doubled the price. Wasn't pleased with that, especially not once did they mention that anything was over and above the quote. I recommend asking at each visit/alteration if that is part of the quote or not.

Amazing personalized experience! Charlene took time to get to know me and really chose dresses that were my taste and fit great. The outlet sale is totally worth it, great prices! I'd recommend this place to any bride in the North to help you shop local and get great personal service, like they say it's a service industry not just a dress shop! Their covid protocols made us feel incredibly safe and I was so very very happy with everything!

It was all around an awful experience Before my wife purchased her dress she went in and looked at the sales, even though her dress was 'last season' And brand was advertised as being on sale they still charged full price (2k after alterations) Her dress was size 12 and she is sz 1 and was quoted 175 for alterations, she asked is she was allowed to keep the scraps since it was such a large alteration and they said yes (she asked many times and they always said it's her dress of course she ca have them) Once the payments we done in April they wanted to schedule the first fitting for the end of Sept (for our Oct 20th wedding) when she said she want comfortable with that they got very confrontational "what, you don't believe we can do it or something" thankfully the first fitting got changed to June, after he first fitting they said they had to look at opening and would call me later that day to schedule the next fitting In Aug when she never got a call back she called and the women was shocked that no one called her yet, and scheduled her 2nd fitting, that's when she was told her alterations she was quoted would be going up to 275 (it's not our fault they underestimated it and changed the price) and that the dress won't be released until it's been paid. They said they would call her to schedule her third and final fitting. But no one called *again*, when she called in Sept to schedual her final fitting they told her the main person who does alterations was in Vegas until the beginning of Oct (so we were over the moon that she pushed to change the Sept appointment for her first fitting because it clearly wouldn't have gotten done) They called in the beginning of Oct to schedule her final fitting, no apologies no nothing, just an explanation that they don't start alterations until 4 weeks before the wedding Incase of weight loss etc (which makes sense except shana is a sz 1 so weight loss is not in her cards, neither is weight gain but her corset back on the dress would compensate for any weight gain, unless she gained 100+ pounds lol) When shana picked up her dress, there were lose threads so beads were flying off with every step, when she walked in her dress during the final fitting she was stepping on the hem and it was pulling they said 'that when it's steamed it will puff up and not be a problem" not even looking at how much she wa stepping on it... Needless to say she was tripping over the from t of her dress all evening And the scraps that shana asked for over and over and over again were never given Everytime shana spoke with those ppl she ended up I tears, her dress was taken in over ten inches and there no reason those scraps were withheld them from her after asking for them many times and being assured it wasn't a problem (ment to be altered for mementos/bouquet bands) No apologies through everything, just an explanation that they are human and mistakes happen and that she needs to deal with it

We had a lovely experience at this bridal salon. My sister, mom and I came to look at bridesmaids dresses. The staff were helpful and friendly. They allowed my sister to try on whatever dresses she wanted as well as take pictures. Good selection for North Bay.

Beware of these people!!! They sell on purpose bigger sizes just for the alterations. Pure robbery! Girls, think twice before you go here. When I went for an explanation, the so called owner Tony and his wife started a big fight just to get rid of me. What a joke is this store. And they call themselves the best in town....

They sold me a bridesmaid dress that is double my usual size (they sold me a size 16 and I'm usually a 6 or 7). When they told me my size after measurements I asked them to re-mesure me to make sure. They told me to that I'm definitely bigger than a size 6 (body shaming is very unprofessional btw) and to trust them on this one, and I did BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT BRIDAL DRESSES CAN BE A LOT SMALLER THAN REGULAR CLOTHES and I understand that I'M NOT A SIZE 6 IN GOWNS. Now I unfortunately have to pay a lot of money to get it altered, as it just falls off my body when I'm standing (strapless dress). ***Edited: Not to mention that they showed a big lack of professionalism by sharing my information publicly down below. And also very creepy...

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolute worst service you could possibly recieve. Deceptive with pricing, they don't care how they screw over customer. Ultimately they cause more stress than needed. In future I will never return. It's a wonder how they are still in business.

Maggie made my bridal gown experience a dream!! I came into the shop with about an hour and a half til closing and Maggie listened to all my thoughts and ideas about my perfect gown and 100% delivered! She is absolutely amazing.
