Visited the store today with my mum and my son (2yrs old), while the clothing was beautiful I was a little in impressed with the small dog that kept jumping on my son. I tried to make the best of it, as he loves dogs. Return policy was disappointing, no returns on sale items I understand, but on regular priced items not even a store credit!? Bummer that covid was used as an excuse when asking why...

I went shopping here with my sister and we loved the whole store. They have unique items with some made in Canada. I highly recommend this store! Great quality!

The majority of my closet is made up of pieces I've bought from London Underground, some go back as far as 2003 (when I first started shopping at the store). The brands they carry are great for all occassions and made of high quaility materials, classic and current styles... friendly staff and the shop dog is perfection. I've never had any issue with their return policy.

My absolute favorite clothing store!! Dayna provides incredible customer service- she even came back Downtown to open up the shop for me and a few friends one night who were looking to buy some specific pieces and we got an incredible private shopping experience! We are so fortunate to have this amazing shop Downtown, North Bay and I always get excited to see what they have in every season.

Shopped here while visiting North Bay - Owner was super friendly and helped me find some great pieces. Store has brands that are tricky to find in the area - loved their sandwich and yest clothes. Will be stopping by again next time I am in the area!

I have been to this store many times. The owner Dana, is such a lovely woman and helped me pick a couple great outfits! I am from Sudbury, and since we do not have the best selection here, I make a special trip to North Bay! Love the atmosphere as well. Very welcoming and friendly! Most of all, the clothing is great!

Cool clothes but their hours and return policies are not good. Staff act like they want you to leave the store. Employees sometimes bring up personal subjects but don’t consider that perhaps customers don’t want to discuss personal subjects while trying to enjoy their shopping experience/down time. They need to extend the daily operating hours of the store to 9 PM. Right now, they close at 5 PM, and that is much too early!
