I ordered a customized jersey as a Christmas gift on 11/29 and it is still "in production". Looking at the other reviews, this seems like a common issue (or might indicate that the package was lost?). Either way, it is disappointing that there was no notification or follow up on my order to assist/refund me. :(

If I could go lower, I would. I designed custom jerseys and sent them to Dave through email. Throughout the emails I gave VERY specific changes, with pictures, detailing every little thing that needed to be done to them. At first there was a mix up with the artwork, his artists asked me to do something specific with my art, I did exactly what they wanted. I sent Dave vectors of my font, the logo, the colors I wanted. EVERY. DETAIL. I put the order in IN January. It has been 4 months, I just received them yesterday. 51 jerseys in total. They STILL did not use MY font for the back. After I sent FOUR emails with MY vectors. Dave is extremely unorganized. None of this went right. Now the people who ordered them from me have been asking for refunds because of the time it took, and the fact that the font is off. This has been the most frustrating business deal I have ever made. I have literally cried out of anger. I have asked Dave to reimburse me for the refunds people asked for, he refuses. I am considering calling a lawyer at this point. I have every email saved, every detail. Do not order from here. Edit: I have sent the jerseys out to people and at first they liked them! Then people started washing them! Something that I didn't notice; they originally got the color of the logo wrong(after being very specific about this in 3 emails, and over the phone), and to "fix it," they made entirely new patches. THEN GLUED THE STUPID THINGS OVER THE ORIGINAL LOGO. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE EDGES OF THE OLD LOGO STICKING OUT BEHIND THE NEW LOGO. THE LOGO IS ALSO PEELING OFF OF THESE JERSEYS. David has so "generously" offered for me to send the jerseys back that need to be "fixed," but I'm assuming his "fix" is just gluing them down again! HOW. ABSURD. Then offering to give me a discount on future jerseys from them instead of refunding me? 27/50 people have now asked me for a refund because the logos are peeling! I'm having to pay for this out of my own pocket! I'm not even being unruly here. I NEVER complain. But this whole thing, has been so INSANELY long and UNORGANIZED by Dave. That is not a good solution, Dave. How about refund me for the damn jerseys people are making me refund, so that I can actually get them decent jerseys. HORRIBLE customer service. Dave doesn't give a DAMN.

Fraud. Ordered on Nov 18th for Christmas. I still have nothing to show for my full payment. Past 9 weeks. All "follow-up" is "coming soon! Absurd. Order from this company at your own risk. Follow up: AFTER I posted this, this company replied with more lies. They refunded AFTER 9 weeks and my request for the product (I did not ask for a refund). They also claimed to have informed me that they don't make this style in a phone conversation. Complete lie. I NEVER spoke with anyone there on the phone and they NEVER noted anything about this not being a "typical" order (and who cares, I ordered it on your site...make it or don't offer it). 9 weeks after I order, I have only been lied to and I the only thing I have to show my kid for Christmas is a PayPal refund after 9 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ZERO Stars.

Ordered a shirt for my son on December 6, (the website said 5 days to produce the shirt plus shipping time) for Christmas, still waiting for it to arrive...while the people I have spoken to have been polite they have not been helpful. I called over a week ago and was told my order shipped more than 2 weeks ago eventhough thebstatus of the shirt on their website said in production, and that they would send me a tracking email within 24 hrs. Still nothing, no shirt, tracking no email. So disappointed!

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would. I live is the US and decided to give this place a try. I have done multiple small orders in the past and they did a great job, so I decided to do a larger order with them. I sent mockups of the designs I needed. It became apparent that this was a mistake. After months I received partial order with little to no communication. The jerseys were not fitting correctly and were the wrong color and had the wrong logo on them. Dave agreed to remake them. Be aware. Only talk to this guy through email and not on the phone. He will make promises to you on the phone and then not fulfill them. I received a second partial order with jerseys, and they didn't compound out the white in the tackle twill name bar. Why would you send a product out like that and think it is acceptable? I requested a refund on these awful products and Dave refused. I took it up with PayPal and they do not cover custom products under buyer protection. Dave finally agreed to refund 20%, remake name bars ,patches for US to put on ourselves to correct his mistakes, and send us jerseys that fit . He refunded the 20% I guess just to pacify me and string me along, and never sent the other items promised. I ordered these in August, it is now February. If you think this is a large scale operation it is not. It is a small business run by Dave and 3 employees who obviously cannot handle their workload. They have avoided any and all calls from me, and if they accidentally answer the phone, surprisingly Dave isn't in the office. I am not the first to have this experience. Please avoid this SCAM at all costs.

Long story short: The quoted time frames are incorrect for Canadian buyers and you should expect your order in a month (same as any local company). I ordered 13 jerseys through the company as they claim fast turnaround of jerseys being ready for shipping within 5-10 business days. After 6 business days I called to verify my shipping date, which they confirmed wouldn't be delivered until the following week or I was offered to switch my order to a different jersey style which would only take a few days. I agreed to wait for my original jerseys as they were promised to be delivered by the middle of the following week, however, the following week (13 business days after I placed the order) I again contacted for a shipping date and was told they still weren't through production and wouldn't be ready for shipment until the following week (17 business days after order). When I asked for a rush shipping option, they said it wasn't possible but offered either a refund or 2 free jerseys. It's now too late to switch companies and I am stuck waiting for these jerseys. **Update: 22 business days after ordering (or 1 full month) and I have received all jerseys which are of a good quality but one is the incorrect size and will be replaced. Here's hoping it doesn't take another month. ***Update: The incorrect jersey has been received one month later at no additional cost.

I was searching for a site that would let me make a custom hockey jersey and when I found the interactive custom designing tool on Customization Depot’s page it was exactly what I needed. I was really impressed with how easy it was to choose the apparel type, and preview the colors, text and my custom logo in real time. The price was super affordable too and there weren’t order minimums like I’ve been on Tiger sites. After ordering I almost thought it was too good to be true and started to get nervous when my order still said “in production” after the 7-10 day period that was quoted online. I called the number on the site and got through instantly which was a pleasant surprise! From that point on I was in contact with a few people both over the phone and email who assured me that the order was being processed and sent the tracking information. When the item arrived it exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and personal attention I got and will absolutely order here again. Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order in the beginning of February. I was feeling a bit concerned when the order was still in production a week later. So i emailed the company on February 21st. I received a quick response a day after reassuring me that my Jersey was mailed out on Wednesday ( 2/20/19) and that shipping takes about a week. I was happy that i would finally get my order for the time the game i needed it for. However, a week comes and still no jersey, I email the company once again on February 27th, and received a response same day, but short response "you will have your Jersey next week". Already I am disappointed by the customer service, no apology for the misinformation previously provided. Just that one sentence, by a man with the name of David. So now its March 3rd and I am now frustrated that i have still not received my Jersey. I call the number and i speak with a man who is unable to multitask and asks me to hold so he can get rid of the other people on the line. This man then returns to the phone and asks for my order number, which i provide, and puts me on hold once again because he "cannot type with one hand". He gets back on the phone and states once again oh you should get your Jersey this week. Infuriated that i continue to receive the same push off answer, I go back to the email where i have been told the same answer for a month now. Unfortunately i was speaking to David who sent the terrible short unapologetic emails in the first place. This man has no customer service skills. Didn't try to apologize for his misinformation he gave me, spoke over me. At this point i am appalled that anyone has given this company any good reviews at all. And what put the cherry on top is he puts the blame on Canada's shipping service, who apparently doesn't give tracking numbers, and stated that I need to reach out the them. He has no concern of the customers satisfaction and is rude. I hope this man gets some training. I then ask for a refund and he stated that he will give me "credit" once i return the Jersey. Please explain to me how i can return something i have not received? I will be getting my refund due to poor customer service. I am glad i didn't order Jerseys for my entire team from this company because we would have forfeited due to not being in uniform. Way to lose out on business. Lesson learned.
