I was told to get out of the store for not wearing a mask. There were 3 young gentlemen not wearing them and they were not told to leave the store just me. I am exempt from wearing a mask with doctors documentation. They were extremely rude about it. I asked to speak to a manager and then was told because they are a private business they did not need to follow the laws. They are a private store and they are fine to discriminate against disabled people. Very disgusted with this store and will never return. #tommyhilfiger

I have been to this store multiple times but this time I had worst experience. The day I visited , the store was pretty busy , I had to wait in queue for atleast 30 mins , there were 3 cashiers . The staff in the cash counter was not at all friendly and had a terrible experience. I think because of these kind of unprofessional and rude people destroy the quality of a shop.

Great deals on a lot of items, but the place was a mess. Cloths and pirice tags on the floor, staff trying to keep up with the very disrepectful, non Canadian customers. Was very surprised at the false sence of security in the Change Rooms. Go in with 3 items, the number 3 on your change room door handle. As you leave the change room area, no one verifying the number of cloths you entered with and left with, just a pile of items you are told to put on the pile? That's not security? Great deals and Check out Staff.

The manager tonight was yelling at the staff from across the store in front of a packed store, yelling she wants to get out on time so they better start cleaning up. A manager should never yell at the staff in front of customers. First it's degrading and belittling the staff and secondly, if she needed to tell them it's just as easy to walk up to them.
