Went there tonight to buy 5 purses for my nieces for Christmas and it was only 6:45 and they said they were closed. They said that they closed at 7. It wasn't 7. I drove all the way from smithville to come there. Poor customer service. They need to honor the hours that are posted.

SOCIAL DISTANCE PEOPLE.!!! Love ???? the staff and the products are always top notch. Only concern is the other shoppers at this location. They are rude rowdy and get right in your face to grab stuff. I gather it's mostly ignorant anti maskers. This mall tends to have a lot of this. Maybe because its so close to the American border.

Terrible experience..Purchased a purse there and they neglected to remove the security button..Its a 45 minute drive there and another 45 back and when I asked if they'd compensate in any way their answer was go to the Lundys lane store..Its only 15 minutes they said..Google states 35 minutes..Was put on hold only to have another associate pick up and make me repeat the whole matter again without any compensation..

I actually came here on the Labour day weekend (there was a huge sale)! It was extremely busy with a lot of customers and I'm actually surprised that there was an associate that stopped to help me out. I didn't get the name of the associate and the cashier (sorry folks!) thanks for great service on a busy day!

Had to write a review on how nicely I was looked after by the manager ( Sorry forgot to get her name ) Had to do a purse exchange and she took time to show me other purses that were in stock etc. Thank you that shows professionalism and made me feel like I was listened to . Will definitely continue to shop here. Although it was a manufacturer issue she let me know that she would make sure I was reimbursed accordingly. Great staff !

Well, the prices are excellent and you get highly discounted Guess products. However, I'm not sure why the merchandise at this store is not neatly displayed. It just seems that it is all over the place and that sometimes discourages shoppers. At least it does for me. Also, the quality of Guess products seems to be taking a dip. The Fabric seems cheaply made in some of the products.
