We had A very sad experience on Monday 21st July 2021, when we entered the Escada shop at the outlet mall, niagara, we wanted to pick up a ladies dress ,so decided to keep rest of the shopping bags in the car and then come in, as soon as we entered the shop we were looked upon with very serious pair of eyes as if we were not welcome there, the whole outlet mall had lineups in all the rest of the shops ,but ESCADA, not a single person was in और around it Once u enter u kmow why ,because there was only one lady who stood there with her arms folded against herself and not even a little smile on her face, She stood hiding and when I said Hi she hardly replied back She made us feel so un wanted in there ,that we took a short round within and just walked out Don't know if we were not welcome there because of our color or the lady thought we couldn't have afforded the ESCADA price ( which by the way literally the whole shop was on UPTO 90% SALE) The company needs to look into whom they are hiring and presenting in the shop for their customers ,guys the market is too competitive , This attittude of the sales person is not at all acceptable Probably we did not have enough bags in our hand to prove we were actually buying so she decided to be so hostile Sorry we shall never step into your shop again Miss, and we promise to share this by word of mouth as much as we can Thanks but no Thanks
