In all honesty, I did not have a pleasurable experience shopping at this location. As someone who works in retail, I was quite taken back by the lack of attentiveness the staff had towards their customers because I know that attitude would not be tolerated in my store. As an example, I went into the store on the hunt for a jumpsuit to wear for my graduation. I wasn’t greeted nor was I ever approached for assistance. When I found one I liked, I went to the change room where there were 0 staff tending to it. Eventually, I found a staff member who then told me to go into any change room I liked. She did not ask for my name or ask how many items I had. After changing into the jumpsuit, I realized that I needed a bigger size but no staff member was anywhere to be found. I could not pull the zipper up all the way so I was forced to exit the change room, back exposed & find my mother to grab me the next size up. As my mom scanned the rack for a bigger size, I saw from a distance that there was a staff member nearby just standing at the cash register watching her. Unfortunately, the store was out of the size I needed but the staff were unconcerned because they did not know this (i.e. none of them came to check-up on either of us). I ended up leaving the store empty handed but overall, glad I went in so I can share my terrible experience with others so they are aware of this location’s lack of customer service!

Went in to search for a specific dress that I saw online. I ended up walking around the store about three times without anyone on the sales floor. Eventually a girl appeared and seemed unbothered by me and didn’t even greet me. When I asked her about the dress I was looking for she bluntly told me they didn’t have it. On another occasion I was made uncomfortable from an associate about sizing. Apparently XL is considered “extended sizing” and they don’t carry sizes for “girls like me”. Whatever that means.

I found my service here to be not the greatest.. The staff here did not pay attention to the customers at all. Took 10 minutes for employees to notice the customers. The store needs to be more clean at the Dynamite, and i just found it a poorly maintained store. The selection of clothes could be greater. Just a meh experience.
