The store manager is great and is the nicest man in the world, because I don't know anything about fashion and he always let's me leave with the nicest outfits for work thank goodness or else I would look like a mess. The worst customer service ever, I went to change the size of two dresses that I got from Toronto premium outlet, the young sales rep has treated really bad and through the receipt in front of me and he was really un happy that I came to this branch to do the exchange his co worker realized that and she was speechless and kept looking at me to see my reaction towards the bad customer service,,, extremely the worst experience I have ever had ,,, do not recommend this store

It’s very funny how these consecutive 1 star reviews have the same grammar and opinion. Looks like it’s all coming from one person who makes multiple accounts. I think it’s time you give it a rest and if you have an issue act like a human and deal with it directly, instead of bad facing on the internet. The suites was ok at most, but when comparing it to Prada suites it makes you ook bad i was embarrassed. Lesson learned just pay a little more and get better quality! If I was at the outlet mall I would at least go with a Boss suite but NEVER DKNY. Remember first impression counts so there's no need to waste your money to impress anyone with a cheap suite.

Have been shopping at this DKNY location for a couple years now. I never leave empty handed due to beyond exceptional customer service, prices, and QUALITY. Even with acquiring several new team members lately, staff is knowledgeable from casual wear to women’s dresses to men’s suits. Always a blast to shop there and shop around like I’m with friends or family. They all go the extra mile as a team to make your time there amazing. I would highly recommend shopping there! You will not be disappointed!

Black Friday!! Recommend trying everything on before you buy it. Shirt sizes vary, bought XL tees and large pullovers. Sine XL sweaters didn't fit at all. Great deals.

suits here are too expensive for DKNY. Staff needs to be a lot more professional and the manager peter needs to be disciplined! I don't expect much and I know it's an outlet but that's no excuse to not act professionally!

My friends and I have been to this outlet store a couple of times, some of the staff here are great but unfortunately the manager has really been making DKNY look bad. I'm not sure if he was there to actually assist us or trying to impress us but it was awkward. He did not have a professional approach at all and the hint of cigarette smell that somehow lingers around him is very offensive. For an outlet store the prices are a little high, and the quality does not reflect the high prices when comparing it to other brands. I've also noticed that some of the 5 star reviews are completely out of order and unfortunately false advertising. My friends and I will not be returning to this store, nevertheless I'd like to thank some of the staff who actually helped us at the store.

What a pleasure it is to go into this place and shop for my husband. Really one of the only stores I don't mind going into because of the fantastic service. The Manager in there Peter is one of the best employees of any store I have ever walked in. If I could hire him I would! I normally walk in there with no clue what to buy for my husband and he’s always spot on with his recommendations. He is a genuine person always smiling and happy to go the extra mile to search and see if the item is in stock. Thanks again! One Christmas gift down!!

I had very unfortunate experience at this store. I'm not taking it out on all the staff at this DKNY. First off the prices are somewhat fair and a little high. The quality is not bad at all but I think there's room for a GREATER discount especially the LAST SEASON clothing I know there trying to get rid of them. Second I've been here and Peter just some how gives me an attitude as if I'm not allowed to ask. It's very unfortunate how one member of the team could ruin it for EVERYONE. He's very unprofessional and looks very stressed as if he's doing me a favour if he chooses to help. From a ladies perspective the suits are not worth it unless you don't want to look your best. I won't be going back to this store and for all the men stay away from the suits!
