I had a really great experience, the girl who helped me at the cash was fantastic, I did not catch her name, she was kind and really attentive, made us feel at home. Not sure what her name was she was really lovely long black hair and a tanned complexion. She deserves a promotion, if all retail staff were like her it would be a better world.

I went shopping on July26th,2020. Was denied entry because I couldn't wear a mask due to my medical condition. I informed the staff that they were discriminating because of my disability and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said lots of people have disabilities but they r still not allowed in store. Would not recommend this place .

Awesome experience! Late to mamas bday and forgot the present! In and out >15mins! Amanda was kind off to bring me in stay under my budget and find the perfect gift for mother bear! Horrible service! Sat at the front counter for more than 7 minutes waiting to pay only to be given a snotty attitude by a dark haired girl. Was there Thursday may 23 @ 3 in case management cares about their store atmosphere. I'd also like to mention that I could have walked out of the store like another customer did, setting off the alarm.

Not professional salesperson worked there. After I paid for my handbags. They folded it then put in the paper bag. But the paper bag is so small. The handbag should be keep original shape without crease. Also they should be provided a bigger paper bag to customer. I am not satisfied for this transaction.

Great selection and prices, however I'm leaving a bad review because of the experience we had their this week. Pictures included for reference. My husband grabbed a pair of grey fleece sweatpants from the front because he found them immediately beside a sign that said 34.99. When he went to pay, he was charged way more. The store associate went over to where he obtained them, pointed at the sign and said 'this price is for the hoodies only, the pants are 40% off'. We cancelled the order, no big deal. I looked at the sign myself at that point and it did say 'hoodies'. HOWEVER 1) there was not one hoodie on nor under that table, they were all fleece crewneck sweatshirts ( no hoodies) with the matching sweatpants and 2) there was no 40% off sign anywhere for us to reference, not sure where she was getting that figure from. Please see my review below for the CK accessories store at the same complex, same day, same experience. Be diligent when shopping at either CK store there. Ck Accessories store. We were the only 2 in the store. Upon entering all the signs everywhere said 50% off, and clearance signs at the back had some 70% off signs. One of the two staff stated to us immediately upon our arrival that 'everything in the store is 70% off today and with your Tommy Hilfiger receipt you may be eligible for an additional discount.' Went to pay at the cash where the other employee was waiting and again was overcharged. I said " I thought everything was 70% today" and said looked at me like I had 2 heads and stated that everything was 40-50 with clearance only up to 70. I didnt mishear the first employee, so she either misspoke or misled. Be sure to do the math at both the CK stores before purchasing- thankfully we only had one item in each store so it was easy to see their mistake that we may have not caught if we had a lot of purchases.

I am CK member for past 10 years, but this Saturday i had very bad customer experience, specially with one staff member called saher gaboon, he was rude, misbehaved and continuously arguing about the unavailability of jeans when it was right in front of him. He was even unapologetic when found that jeans was right in front of him. This is seriously bad service. From now i will stop buying CK products if they can't coach their employees about basic services
