I had bought a rather expensive pair of slippers for my husband and wore them a few times until it ripped along the seam. I sent in photos to the store and they told me it didn’t rip on the seam and it must have been my husband who was overly forceful in putting them on. I again showed them photos of the ripped seam and the store again told me it wasn’t ripped along the seam and will not fix them under warranty. Very disappointing and poor customer service for such an expensive pair of shoes. Would not recommend purchasing here.
