It's bed bath and beyond. The store is clean and full. It was really busy the day, we arrived but seemed staff where still trying to help best they can. Could use more cashiers. Prices are steep. If they has better pricing I would definitely shop more.

We received a Christmas gift from my daughter which arrived on our doorstep today. It was two mugs … one of which was damaged. It was poorly packaged and was moving all over the larger box and did not have any protection in the smaller box housing the mug. I called customer service and after about a 20 minute wait was helped by an individual. While he was very kind and wanted to help … the best he could do was apply a credit my daughters payment method. So, it’s a Christmas gift. How is crediting my daughter for the transaction helping replace the gift? Why not call the 3rd party personalized gift provider and ask them to send a new gift? How about holding them responsible for the issue? Very tacky, poor response. I don’t recommend buying any personalized items from BBB.

They no longer sell replacement glass for our French Press coffee maker. We paid $50 two years ago because they carried replacement glass. So we went to Stokes and paid$20 for the same size press. They told us that they don't carry replacement glass. Best deal.

You can find lots og household items here. Variety is good and often find items not found at other retailers in the surrounding area. Browse the store for best deals! Wedding registry is a nice touch as well. Checkouts are usually busy but move quickly.
