WOW! Makes me want to have more parties!Decorations, balloons, banners,pinatas, plates, napkins etc etc - for any celebration you can imagine! Great prices! They also have tons of plants and hair stuff like wigs and braids.

Here’s the most incredible store in New Westminster . You can find a lot of products , a lot of choice and good price friendly service the shop manageable the owner is very nice and helpful anything you need here’s the place for you to shopping!!

Staff was rude. They don't mention no refunds, no sign posted. You only find out after you buy it. If you buy something by mistake and want to return it 10 min later, they won't do it. Some items don't have prices posted and are like 7-10$ for a balloon. Fairly ridiculous. Avoid them. Edit to response: printing it on the receipt is a bit too late since i already bought the items, you need to tell customers of your return policy BEFORE they make the non refundable purchase.

Cheap and great collection at this dollar store in heart of new Westminster uptown. Recommended if you need something for your home on the cheap.

Rented a U-haul truck from them. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the truck was in good condition, with extra moving fabric blankets and dolly. I would give them 5 stars except the other staff was not helpful or didn't have a clue about the trucking side of the business. Would recommend training staff about it for a better experience rating.

Top freaking notch place.... Had a helium emergency because no dollar store would blowbup my balloons and they had no problem helping me out. Saved my night and ill be back in to buy plants from their excellent selection. Thank for saving the party uptown.

Extremely rude on the phone! Instead of offering assistance, they made it clear that I'm wasting their time and hang up on me. I've never received this kind of customer service before. As a drop off point for UPS, I called them to see if they would be able to give me a phone number of the right person, as I've mentioned that I had a really hard time finding it online. Even if for some reason it is viewed as a hassle, they could have politely suggested to try and contact a different number instead.

Ordered balloons for my daughter’s birthday 6 pink 5 black and 5 purple there was only 1 black balloon they used 3 different colours of pink snd purple and by the next day the balloons were flat on the floor

Ordered helium balloons and at least 5 blew once i stepped into the house. They only lasted overnight and i suspected they were half filled with helium and air. Dont order here.

A huge variety of party and miscellaneous items here. I bought a bunch of balloons for a birthday and the owner was extremely kind. Would definitely go here to buy stuff for future good times!

This may be a Fun Party Store, however as a drop off for UPS, very Sad story. Took my UPS slip in, after checking parcel was there according to Head Office, to be told "no record" I was totally and rudely dismissed. I reported this to UPS who is checking into this as insists they have my parcel. This is a face mask for a Senior and luckily Vistaprint is sending a replacement to me. Too bad, they cannot charge it to the Fun Store.

My Uptown Party has a great collection of quality costumes (more so than Party City) and for less money. We were so impressed! We will definitely go there for our Halloween costumes. Had a 50s themed party and, when one of our costumes didn’t show from amazon, Moses at My Uptown Party store saved the day. We’re telling everybody that this is the store to shop at. They even go to New Orleans every year to shop for the new and upcoming costumes. Can’t say enough great things about our experience. Go check it out, you won’t regret it.

Basically forgot to put items in my bag took a cab to go to the store for party supplies and back home when I realized I called the store. Didn’t take me seriously and I could hear the staff was checking 4 customers while let me with my problem on hold which is so disrespectful. Anyway, the staff didn’t give me a receipt, called literally 30 minutes after visiting the store and asked for a refund on my card for the items they clearly forgot on the cashier counter. Will never go back ever again to that store totally unreliable and most of all A BIG BAND OF THIEVES.

Nicely remodeled loonie store. Good if you are looking for party stuff. Good selection and plenty of party themes. Bad service though. Asked for very specific item since I was in a hurry. Staff member told me to look around the party isle. Thing is, almost the entire store is party stuff! Cashier was not very friendly either. Nicer, cleaner and better organized store but not a pleasant experience.
