went to many dress stores and this was my best experience by far! everyone was super friendly and kind and made me feel super exited for my dress! i walked in there a bit tense and worried because everyone i know has their dress already and they all made me feel relaxed the second i walked in. Ashley was incredibly helpful, kind, and cheerful and she made dress shopping an amazing experience. i will be returning for any other formal dresses i may need in the future

The service here was above and beyond. Y-Erin was kind, compassionate and understood what would make my daughter most comfortable. She spent time to research each dress to make sure it was available, even before we tried it on. TBG helped us with the purchase of our daughter’s prom dress! Meadow was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the dresses. She even took the time to come see us at our second visit, even though we were schedule with another consultant! The quality of the dresses are amazing….and trust me we went to numerous other stores where the dresses couldn’t even compare. All staff at TBG are awesome!! Called back after ordering the dress, as we were worried about the size. We were assured and all worries were laid to rest!!

I am from out of town and had planned this trip specifically to find a prom gown. I live in a very small town up in northern bc and had taken my daughter to a place on Friday that was close to my hotel. The appointment there was unsuccessful and I was broken hearted she didn’t find a dress. I frantically started searching the area for another store. I wrote the bridal gallery late in the evening and got a response very quickly. They booked us in the next morning. After taking a cab from Richmond to the store I was hopeful things would work out. Upon entering the store it was simply beautiful. The first impressions on entering made the start of the appointment exciting from the beginning. The ladies downstairs were so pleasant. Upstairs we picked out a few dresses and were given a room. The consultant we had was Alex and I cannot say enough about her. She was everything I was looking for. She was very helpful and truthful. She made my daughter feel so beautiful In every dress. She was so accommodating in trying to find the perfect dress for my daughter. In the end my daughter found a dress and I was so relieved and excited. My daughter loves her dress and the experience was amazing. Thank You Alex and the ladies at bridal gallery for being so wonderful and making this so memorable ❤️

Absolutely great service here! I was helped by Nadine and she helped me find my perfect dress in a sea of many wonderful dresses. I came in with a few reference pictures and Nadine was able to find exactly what I wanted. She and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the receptionists who were also very friendly in helping me order. I would definitely recommend this place for grads trying to find their perfect dress :)

The Store is so amazing. So so many dresses with lots of variety. Nadine was helping me and she was awesome I showed her a picture of what style I was going for and she pulled some amazing dresses. I actually ending up getting a dress she recommend which was different from what I thought I wanted. Absolutely love my dress and am so excited for my prom now!!!! Only thing I would do different is go on a different day I went saturday and it was a little crowded but so glad I found my dream dress!

The associate, X-Naim that helped me with the dresses, she asked what style and colour I was looking for and I really had no idea but she was very helpful and we picked out dresses and she recommended one dress and it was the one I fell in love with which was the first dress I put on all of the stuff at TBG was very knowledgable and polite. They did a very good job and making my experience very good would recommend going there if looking for a nice dress that suits you!

I went into this store already familiar of graduation dresses from 4 previous stores. I was loosing hope feeling like I was too picky. The atmosphere of this store and the experience they give you is out of this world. I felt taken care of and restored hope that’d I would find the perfect dress to graduate in. I left this store with not only a dress but a dress I was IN LOVE with. 100/10 recommend coming here!

She had a pretty good idea of what she wanted but after working with Emma, she chose something completely different which she loves. Emma was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful ... in fact, all the staff were! Some dresses have a longer lead time when ordering so make your appointment soon.

Great selection and attentive service. This store makes the grad dress shopping experience feel really special for your daughter. No high pressure sales feeling and you are allowed to take photos - we wouldn’t shop anywhere that doesn’t let you do this - if the dress doesn’t look good in a photo it’s a deal breaker to most girls these days. My daughter got a gorgeous dress that she loves and can’t wait to wear thanks to Meadow!

My experience at TBG Prom was absolutely wonderful! Y-Erin was the staff member who helped me find my dress, and she was amazing to work with! Throughout the entire session she was friendly and encouraging; she complimented each dress I tried on even if it was clear I wasn’t a fan of it which boosted my confidence. Y-Erin was always polite in helping me try on dresses and asked for confirmation each time before entering the changing room, even after I’d asked her for help. I am an insecure person but her actions and encouragement made an experience that I was nervous about enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxed. My daughters and I came into Bridal Gallery, on Friday. We had not made an appt. The staff was most accommodating, and helpful. We were looking for a ‘Mother of the Bride’ dress. Lots of selection to choose from, as well as prom dresses- all gorgeous! At first the manager helped me, with lovely selections, until Meadow was available. The experience was fun! Meadow was so creative, had lots of ideas, brought me many dresses, to try on, after learning what I loved. I said ‘yes, to the dress’! This is the second dress I have bought from Bridal Gallery, for 2 of my daughter’s weddings. Great service, and attention to detail!

Went to the Bridal gallery with my daughter this weekend to look for a Grad dress. We had an appointment and was treated well. We arrived, we’re brought upstairs to the Grad area. We were allowed to walk around and pull whatever dresses my daughter wanted to try. She tried 8 dresses but she kept coming back to the second one. I was out with X-Erin during my visit at TBG Prom and it was honestly the best experience. I went to another store before but it was all individual. What I meant by that is that I had to put on the dress myself and tie it up. But X-Erin always checked in with me and helped me whenever I asked for help.
