My fiancé's experience at Leading Man Tuxedos was absolutely fantastic! Nelson was extremely helpful and super friendly, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We were recommended a few styles and it did not take long for us to make a decision. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a personalized experience when shopping for that big day!

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would do here. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism at a store that specializes in Tuxedo rentals for weddings and is attached to a wedding dress store (Lisa's Bridal). I bought my Dress from Lisa's Bridal and the gown and service was very good. I took advantage of the tuxedo deal that if you buy your dress from them then get your tuxes from them you get a discount. Very very big mistake. On the Wednesday when you would normally pick up your tux rental before your wedding I got a call 45 mins before the groomsmen's final fittings that were scheduled for 6:15pm that day. Apparently the tux pieces had not all come in that day with the shipment. Most of the pants and jackets were missing! The worst part was they had no clue how they would fix the issue. So I was leaving for my destination wedding the next day with 1 of 4 of the tuxedos I had rented 5 to 6 mos prior. Needless to say I was put into an extremely stressful situation that NO bride should be put into 2 days before her wedding. How can any store that provides such an important service, one, wait until the day of the final fittings to make sure they have everything they need, and two, not call you in the morning to give you more time to fix the issue when they realize their shipment had missing pieces. Luckily the store next door (Debonair) had the stock and was able to fit my 3 groomsmen in under 2 hours. I can't really put into words the disappointment this caused me and my husband. What an unbelievable. To any bride and groom out there looking to rent your tuxedos, I highly recommend avoiding Leading Man and/or Lisa's Bridal for Tuxes. It is not worth the unbelievable stress this last minute nightmare will cause you.

Amazing service. You will use this as the benchmark for other wedding shops and they will not compare. (Male perspective) My fiancee and I went in today for a dress and a tux/suit I didn't know what I wanted honestly. Nelson was awesome, took the time to go through what they had to offer asked all the right questions to find out what would serve me best and how it would end up looking like. We tried on several different styles until I found what I liked. (I'm a weird body shape) so he had to go on a few runs to get things that fit me to try haha. With each style he took the time to show how the ties and bow tie would look in my wedding colours.. I had gone to other appointments afterwards and found myself comparing each to Nelson's service. None came remotely close. I hope not to have need of another wedding but totally would go back to Nelson for any tux purchase 100%. Female perspective, fiancee said Julie was awesome! She loved it.

The best place to get a suit! Enjoyed every minute being fitted for a tux. I was super picky about EVERYTHING but I was still treated respectfully and with a smile too ! If you are looking for a massive selection plus incredible service this is the place to go !
