I ordered ranks with NO VELCRO meaning SLIP ON, and they sent me a new combat rank with no velco... so i asked if i can exchange me and they said we do do exchange when it says no where on the site "no exchange" it says "no reimbursment". Worst customer service ever, when I called the customer service manager told me to f*** off..

What an excellent store. Have purchased from the website, but being able to touch the stuff and check it out before you purchase, way better. Travelling through on vacation from Sudbury and dealt with Jennifer in the store and service was second to none. See you next year for sure.

Quality control was on vacation apparently! Quality of nametapes was poor, frayed edges and cut unevenly. I ordered from these guys years ago and everything was milspec and i even used my nametapes from these guys in the military. This order leaves me less than thrilled and i will used alternative services in the future ***Update- good customer service - they responded to my complaint and are replacing the nametape i complained about. ***

Ordered RCAF DEU Ocdt Slip Ons but was sent blue on blue. Was 100% sure I selected the pearl grey option that is the RCAF standard. Called customer service and was told blue on blue is what I selected. Not sure what units have blue on blue as a standard but mine doesn't. Still waiting on my name tape I ordered on the 8th. Will go to Soldier Gear next time since they have the CF contact.

Ordered my name tags online. Just received them in the mail. Am very happy so far with the product. I received them in under a week express shipping was needed and a little pricey but they were made extremely quick and seem to be of good quality. Opened the package and got a hand written note personally thanking me for my order and to have a great day. It’s the little things that make the difference. 10/10 will continue to shop there again.

They were excellent when is came to fixing my error and had wonderful customer service. When I received my nametape it even came with a hand written note saying "thank you for your order" which really shows they care about their products and customers. I would personally recommend their service and products.

Great service from the staff, would prefer '3%er', 'Oath-Keeper' (re: Breakers), and other associated violent extremist groups patches/symbols being co-opted by similar 'groups' were removed from the store. Stop giving advertising/revenue to these scared, panicked weirdos. Get some FUN morale patches - because, y'know, morale patches are meant to increase morale, NOT encourage hate crimes/violence against civilians/civil authorities. *If you're a long time/returning customer to Wheeler's/CP Gear: they haven't done stitching work there for years - expect delays on top of 'rona delays. Be nice to the workers though, those ladies are awesome and extremely helpful/courteous!

Bought a wallet about 8 years ago which was great. Ordered the same wallet and the quality has severely decreased. Upon request to return they wanted me to at my own cost. Cost of shipping was to high and not worth it. Unfortunately will not be buying from here again.

These guys make lots of personal kit and clothing, and tons of patches. Probably 90% of the CAF owns something made by them, and if they don't currently make it they probably can. They're not always comparatively priced to other manufacturers, but their designs reflect what people in the army are actually looking for. Whenever I'm in town I swing by to see what's new, and I'm never disappointed.

The prices are pretty high, but considering they own the market when it comes to cadpat products you basically can't say no. I'm certainly not dissatisfied with my experience, all the stuff I have bought from them is of pretty good quality. Love em or hate em this is the place to go for stuff.

I designed a custom "Travel Wallet" to hold a folding map, passport, train passes, etc and asked Tactical Notebook Covers to make it for me. They did an AMAZING JOB! I cannot believe how well it turned out, and the price was surprisingly affordable. There aren't too many places left that do custom work like this, especially for a single item. I am just so impressed!!!
