I needed to go shopping for clothes for work and was not impressed at what I was finding in other shops. I remembered buying a lot of my work clothes from Suzy Shier's when I lived in northern NB and decided to see if they had one here in Fredericton. I was happy to see that one had opened up on Prospect St and went to see what they had. The store was clean and tidy, the salesperson was friendly and helpful, and the clothes were much nicer than what I was seeing in some other stores. As usual, the price of the products was fantastic and I received a lot of discounts. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very Very Poor Customer Service. Managers are so rude. They do not know how to deal with the customers. They use a abuse language and it happened 2 times with me. They don't care about their customers. Congratulations!! Suzy for loosing your customer. Will never ever shop again here.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is so ignorant, presence of the customer does not really matter anything for them. Every staff member have a different story to tell about policy. They are are note sure themselves about their policies. No appreciation for the customers to shop there. Worst worst worst worst worst customer service I would say. Did not want to write the first time they treated bad but this is like 3rd time. I am done with you guys now.

I went to Suzy Shier during the day on Friday, January 12, 2018 I was ignored the entire time I was in there. Normally this wouldn’t bother me if I was just looking around (I hate being harassed by employees of department stores) but I had my baby with me in her stroller and had 4 shirts piled onto it while trying to push it. The woman working there watched as I struggled to keep the shirts from falling off the stroller & she opened a change room (not even telling me it was for me she walked over to it, unlocked it, and walked away). I tried on the shirts, she didn’t ask how they fit, how I was doing, or if I needed any other sizes. I had to walk out and grab different sizes and she was nowhere to be found. I called for help but she was nowhere. After about 5 minutes she finally showed up with a mop and started mopping the floor. My boots must have tracked in some snow. I was so pissed off at that point that I didn’t even bother asking her for help. Good thing the clothes are nice otherwise I would have walked out empty handed.

Not sure what's happened recently to this store but it's not the same. Used to be one of the best stores in the mall and now its constantly messy, staff seem miserable, barely any customer service. I believe the store is under new management? Wont be shopping here anymore

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been into the store a few times lately and the skinny lady with short hair shaved on one side is the worst. From what I've heard shes the manager? I've seen her a few times walking in and out of the store, leaving the employees while its busy. Havent had a good expereince with her yet. Too busy to acknowledge the majority of her customers and rude to the ones she chooses to talk to.

Of all the Suzy Shier stores I have shopped at, Fredericton is my favorite. Trace and her staff are always tthere to greet you with a smile and make your shopping experience just that much more fun! The ladies are experts when it comes to picking out "just the right outfit" and are very helpful in making suggestions the you , otherwise, would not have thought of. The store is always neat , tidy and we'll stocked with sizes. It's always a fun and easy shopping experience at Suzy Shier Fredericton:)

Picked out two dresses here recently. The sales associates were so nice and very helpful! I never wear dresses, so I really needed some help. They helped me pick out the perfect dress to wear to my friend's bridal shower (dress in picture), and several months later a dress to wear to my university graduation.

Great customer service! Highly recommend this location. I never have any issues and the store manager Cara/Kara was really helpful! A few days ago I purchased a bunch of clothes from this location. The store manager was able to help me with paring some of my outfits and was really nice! Later that day I brought my friend in so she could shop the deals that day and I decided to exchange one of my tops the store manager was super nice and so accommodating! A few days later I was in the store and the manager was super helpful and understanding of my needs. I was really grateful for her excellent customer service. Thank you

I walked in yesterday afternoon with my daughter. I got a "Hi" from the lady work8ng there. Then she did a head to toe look of disgust. No " How are you" No "Our specials are...." Sure, I was in jeans and a tshirt but that was completely uncalled for. They should train a little better on customer service. I was so uncomfortable I turned around and left. I will never shop at Suzy Shier because apparently I dont look like someone that should shop there.
