Very clean and organized store, with educated staff. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to have a conversation with the employee working as I walked in and they walked me directly to it and gave me the size I needed. They also gave me a gift receipt, so if the gift that I picked up was not the right size it could be easily exchanged

I would not recommend visiting this store because of the small selection of clothes they have i.e (almost noting that's on the site. Staff at this location are over baring to say the least The manager at this location showed a lack of interest in helping me find what I needed

I believe there is misunderstanding about return policy for store manager ( Ammar store Manager ).I purchased the pants wanted to exchange with different size. He kept mentioning the tag has to be with the pants which I did not find anywhere in receipt. I believe he could handle situation way easier. Terrible customer service

The staff were not very friendly, I had to approach them. I felt that because I didn't look like I belonged in the store they didn't take me seriously. I had intended to buy some clothes for my niece and nephew but I ended up going elsewhere.
