Came into the store not too long ago, unfortunately cannot remember the name of the employee I had an issue with. She was short and had redish brown hair and it was in a bun but I do believe she was a manager of sorts because she was standing far from customers and not interacting as much as the others, but honestly I felt quite uncomfortable shopping in this store. She was giving my partner and I bad looks and it made us not want to be in the store, I'm not certain what her issue was with us but I would simply rather go to a different location.

This review is not based on this individual store. It is my online experience with the gap. I’ve always been happy with their things and would purchase lots for my son from here for good prices HOWEVER for the last nearly 4-5 months every time I purchased from the gap online I would receive the gap cash ( as normal). All the gap cash given for months was eligible only for this time June 9th-14th and I have been waiting to claim it (over $250 worth). And within seconds I noticed they are severely price gouging because everyone is claiming their GapCash. The clothes and hats I bought my 10 month old 2 weeks ago were $13 and are now well over $30. Every single item I had my eyes on watching and waiting for this time has over doubled! This should be illegal. I won’t be claiming my GapCash and this will change my perspective on this company. Disappointed
