This may be one of the shops with the best costumer service I’ve even been to, a friend and I were rushing to get a dress for grad the next day and lucid was the only place that was open, when we picked out the dresses the man working there saw that there was a little seam rip and the end of the zipper and it was closing time so we were just happy to get the dresses and go but this man HAND sewed BOTH of the dresses to make sure they don’t do it more. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who is in town :)

Lucid is a true gem in a sea of big box stores. A locally owned independent small business in the heart of the Commercial Street district in the heart of Nanaimo. The store is always well very visually appealing with such interesting wall art and unique window displays. The selection is carefully chosen for the Vancouver Island lifestyle and those that want to stand out from the rest. Customer service is first class and hopefully on your visit you get to meet Skippy the shop dog.
