One of the better and cleaner thrift shops I've visited. My wife and I were both impressed with the tangible care for homeless/street people they show by allowing them to sleep on their indoor couches.

I love this store very much, it has given me some great items and I get along with the staff, usually end up striking up a conversation while I'm shopping. And while I've noticed some things going up in price it's still more reasonable than the Salvation Army, and I've gotten many a good deal there. I go there almost every time I'm downtown, sometimes I just even go in to see how they are doing because I like them so much there. Great store. People need to donate more, I would love to see them get more items in like Sally's, might actually get the items for a fair price in a decent atmosphere for once! Go Rainbow Retro!

You can tell they put a lot of time and care into the store. It is a work of art. A great place to find eclectic, funky clothes, items and housewares. The prices are also very reasonable.

The people there are really nice, it has a fair selection of pride flags and TONS of pins, and the clothes are cool. Even the customers are nice lmao, the staff and customers are all so nice and welcoming, it's awesome

Not sure what 'friendly helpful happy staff' other reviewers are referring to. Three times been there and woman behind the counter is beyond miserable, won't return a 'hello' on arrival, grunts answers when asked questions about an item. Only funky thing about the place was the smell. Slim pickings and waaaay overpriced stuff. Tried to be supportive of the cause but will do thrift-shopping and donating where staff are more pleasant and helpful.
