Over priced garbage. Same as all the others. Pay 70$ for a flimsy costume that isn't sewn properly, comes apart instantly and in many cases comes already defective or broken. I loath this style store and these landfill quality costume shop. I would love to pay a fair price for better quality as opposed to being scammed by these being the status quo. This place is the worst party center you could go to for supplies. Most of their products are defective and their policy for refunds or defective products is : NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT on all products that leave the store. Once you step outside the store to realize that your product is defective, they will NOT replace it and they wil NOT offer a discount even if you buy a new one. The staff is extremely unpleasant and the manager does not offer any customer service. You are not even allowed to speak to the manager. We bought a 40$ balloon for a very special occasion which deflated 10 minutes after leaving the store. We brought it back and they would not replace it or even offer a discount on a new one. When we asked to speak to the manager we were refused, the clerk called her and on the phone said "A little bit of air left the balloon." Which is FALSE. The balloon was nearly entirely deflated. Do not go to this store and certainly do not buy their balloons. Unless you want to be scammed and lose 40$ plus tax.

Là je dis non c’est pas possible j’ai été claire avec elle dès le début avant même le choix des ballons et je ne peux pas tous les faire gonfler car j’ai d’autres courses à faire et en transport en commun. J’ai vraiment apprécié le service de cette jeune dame Sénégalaise qui a pris le temps d’essayer de trouver une solution pour moi mais m’a dit qu’il est impossible pour elle de me rembourser le surplus par contre sa collègue hispanophone devrait apprendre ce que c’est que le service à la clientèle. Elle a carrément été malhonnête, refusant d’accepter Son erreur. J’ai demandé à parler au gérant et elle m’a dit avec arrogance que c’était elle la gérante... pour finir elle m’a sorti que « toute façon ce n’est que 6$ »… (le surplus qu’elle m’a facturé) je trouve cela très irrespectueux. Ce n’est pas plus la somme qui me pose problème mais plutôt son manque de respect et de professionnalisme pour une soit disante gérante de magasin. I’ve read all the negative reviews here before going to that place but I still decided to give it a try thinking it can’t be that bad and also the location was convinient for me. Unfortunately I had very bad experiance as well and I literally never ever gave a bad review to any business but this time I decided they deserve those few minutes of my time. I purchased 2 hellium filled baloons for about $45 and I don’t question the price at all, it was a very special occasion for me. But spending $45 on ballons which I was going to lose 3 minutes later (one of the two) because it wasn’t attached properly to the cord it was too much even for me. When I came back to the store the first response I got was: I can’t do anything for you. The sales person didn’t apologize to me, nothing!!!! I was very nice and respectful because things happen but her reaction shocked me. I had no choice but purchase the missing ballon but I expected at least some excuses as it wasn’t clearly my fault. Eventually I had to pay for a new product but got free hellium and free weight even I clearly said that I don’t need it and had to remove it on my way and threw it away. This young lady working there on 02.09.2018 has zero customer service skills and I am not only talking about the returns since I imagine she has no choice but follow the owner’s orders. Avoid this place at all cost, there is many party decorations places in Montreal.
