I usually do not review places but I feel obligated to review this one. First and foremost, people are reviewing the store and giving it 5 stars because they get a 10 dollar discount. Here is my experience: I got there a saturday to rent a costume. The service was nice and good. They did not have a suit that would fit on me correctly and they could not modify it because it is a rental. I really wanted one so I decided to buy one. BUT there was no one to take my measurements! NO ONE AT THE STORE CAN TAKE MEASUREMENTS. Apparently the tailer does not work on weekends. Ok, so I had to rent it or come back during the week. Considering I work, I decided to rent it. I paid my 50 dollars as a deposit. The day I had to pick up the suit. I waited at least 45 minutes to try it. There was only one sales woman for like 7 guys trying suits. After the 45 minutes, I decided to leave. I rather lose my deposit and wait enormous amounts of time for a suit that did not fit perfectly. Better costumer service and a tailor on weekends could be nice.

Rented my tuxedo and the groomsmens suit for my wedding. The service was very good. There are some wait time when you go around summer due to the high season for weddings and prom. Do schedule an appointment if you are coming in groups. The overall process was easy and quick. I did have a few issues with my order but nothing major. Pick up of the tuxedo during the week of the wedding went very fast and no alterations were needed. Return was easy and had no issues. Would recommend to anyone that wants to rent a suit or tux. Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are very good and suit are of quality. Came with cufflinks, dress shirt, bowtie, pants, blazer and dress shirt buttons.

We went to Classy over the weekend to rent Tuxedos for my son's wedding this summer. I have to say that we receive excellent service with attention to detail. There were at a minimum 4 store staff that were servicing us as we were a big group. I can say they are very professional and provided excellent advise. They also have a great variety of tuxedo styles, colors, cuts and reasonable prices and were easily able to fit us all within a short period of time. We went because we read great reviews here but the younger employee of the 2 working there today (dark black hair) was extremely rude. Overheard her being rude on the phone with another client. And then being rude with us. She didn't seem like she wanted to serve us or even want to be there. A wedding is important. She made snarky remarks, made us feel unwelcomed, she didn't take the time to explain the procedure, no customer service. Maybe she had a bad day but I just think it is her personality. Bless her soul, may her heart soften up and smile one day. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. Left feeling just unjustly mistreated. The other blonde lady seem nice though (she was serving other clients).

After going to Classys for the first time today I can definitely understand why they have such a good rating. After going to Moores which was a complete failure, we were super delighted with Classys service and selection. The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. The price for a rental suit was even better than what Moores was offering and it has the insurance for stains included. Their return service is also very convenient so you don't have to drop it off directly at the store. Awesome awesome awesome!! I will spread the words about you guys.

Can't say enough good things about this place!! This was our last stop in a determined search for the perfect blue suit for my fiance. I tried a number of stores along St Hubert and just either wasn't satisfied with the craftsmanship, price or color from the other stores. My Google search yielded Classy, which my immediate reaction was eye rolling...I mean, what a cheesy name!! But I'm so glad we went all the way up there to see because upon stepping into the store, we were impressed with the quality of the suits and the professionalism of the staff. We were served by Nathalie who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I saw right away the most gorgeous blue tuxedo suit and it was love at first sight! The moment my husband-to-be put it on, I exclaimed "I do!!!" to the suit ???? I love how they provide a return service for the suit! Practical. It does cost about $50-$100 more than the average suit rental but it's totally worth it. This suit on its own would cost about $1k! Thanks @classytuxedos for making my dream suit come true!!!

We rented 9 tuxedos for our wedding this summer (6 groomsmen, both fathers and groom). The service was great. Very friendly and professional staff. The process is very easy. One of the groomsmen was out of town and couldn’t make it to the fitting session, so we simply filled the online form for him. When we received the tuxedos, the week before the wedding, the staff helped to get him the perfect fit in minutes. We recommend Classy for any event.

They make you review the place to get an additional discount. The suits were pricy and their return policy was ridiculous. They also charged me something stupid like $25 for not returning their garment bag (I lost theirs) but I did replace it with one that was 100x better. They didn't even offer to give it back. Would not recommend

The only (small) issue is the parking, which can be difficult given that the parking lot space is quite limited and might require you to move your car in order to let other customers out.

I went to classy for a tuxedo, it was last minute however they helped me right away. I walked out of classy 1 hour later with a tuxedo that was tailored perfectly. The sales representative Rose was absolutely the best. If you ever need a tuxedo go to classy and ask for Rose.

Great experience! My fiancée and I came in to rent a tux for our wedding. We were greeted enthusiastically and immediately taken care of by Natalie. She took the time to show us all of the options and give her expert opinion regarding colour and fit. We had brought in the wedding dress to make sure the colours matched. They brought the dress into the back of the store and compared it to various suits and ties to make sure we wouldn't clash. They really went above and beyond and the price was competitive.
