They have so many different types of clothing styles and all are beautiful! I 1000% recommend this place for all your dance, gymnast, and figure skating needs. VERY AMAZING!!!! My dance teacher told me I could find ballet slippers at Payless but I could not find anything so my mom went here and there were black ballet slippers with RED TAG original price $35 and sale price $10!!!! Great quality slippers I wear them to every dance (Btw I do Traditional Polish dance)

I've always been pleased with the service here this is a wonderful shop with an amazing caring owner and just as amazing staff! From the 5 phone calls prior to making an appointment to the professionalism patience and care of the staff to the meticulous way they ensure your pointe shoes are just perfect. I HIGHLY recommend everyone in Mississauga get fitted here! This was my daughter's second pair of shoes but the experience and attention from this pointe shoe fitting felt just like it was her first. This is a small store, but they have huge variety of dance and ballet clothes for reasonable price. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. We are buying there for years.

I called ahead and she happily helped me. I felt like a valued customer before I even made it into the store. She pulled 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter to try on and placed them at the cash for me. She not only pulled the ones I was calling about but an additional pair that is on promotion. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised they required my daughter to sanatize her feet. She didn't exactly enjoy it but it did make me feel better that they were trying to do what ever they can to keep their customers safe. We were in and out quickly and all of the staff were fabulous. Unfortunately we didn't get the ones on sale but because we are a registered customer we did recieve 10% off. So we are very happy all the way around. I reccomend this store to everyone. If you want quality products and quality service go and visit them.

great store! my mom and i have been buying dance supplies and the such from here since i was very little, and we have never had any issues. love tis store, and will keep going here for the rest of my dance life. The quality is also really nice.

My daughter needed a new pair of Pointe Shoes. We were referred by a friend and decided to give it a try. At the store, we were greeted by Mirena (the owner), Ms. Chantell and Ms. Leslie. They've assisted my daughter from beginning to end to find the perfect shoes for her. What a great experience. The store is beautiful, the staff is very polite, friendly, welcoming, resourceful and extremely patient. I will definitely go back.

Great store for dance wear, dance shoes, and so much more. The staff is highly knowledgeable and caring. I have been a customer there for many years, and I recommend it to all my students. They go the extra mile, ordering one-of special items for students, making hot cocoa for Pointe shoes group fittings. It is a great store where you get personal service !!

If you need anything for your dancer or figure skater, this is the place to go. I'm not a typical dance mom so I don't know much about what you'll need in order to properly outfit a dancer. Staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. They are experts in the field and I would never go anywhere else.

Worst customer service policy ever! Went into this store to buy my daughter a pair of Irish shoes and needed a size 1. They were out of stock and the woman behind the counter was very insistent that my daughter would fit into a 13 1/2. She reassured me that the fit should be tight and that these would work well. I heeded her advice and bought the shoes. Not surprisingly, they were too small. My daughter tried them on for half her class and then took them off due to the discomfort she was experiencing. As a result of having used them in her studio the soles became a little scuffed. This one-time 15 minute usage now meant that they could not be returned and I would not be receiving a refund. Please note also: refunds do not happen at this location regardless of purchase - only store credits! A poor policy and one that is arguably self-serving and not customer driven. Worse still, the salesgirl at the counter was so upset by my even petitioning my case and challenging this policy that I asked to speak with someone who had some authority. It was clear to me that she did not have any authority and all she was offering were obfuscations and when they had no one in-store who was that person she actually started to tear up. I was shocked, our exchange wasn't tear-worthy. I hadn't raised my voice and she was quick to say " it's not my fault, this happens all the time and there's nothing I can do about it". Not sure what that was all about and so I asked her to confirm when someone who could handle my questions would be coming in and she stated "in a half hour". I didn't have time to wait so I left with my shoes In tow and a credit note for a leotard which they did accept a return for since it had tags and was never worn, but I will never use that credit in their store ever again. Shameful how this was handled and I hope you'll never need to return anything to this store because you'll only be met with resistance, tears and a lack of reasonable answers to your arguably, sane questions.

I'm in Winnipeg and neither of our local dancewear stores carry Rutherford hard shoes so I had to go online. I ordered on Thursday afternoon and they were here on Monday. Great price (for Rutherfords - they're expensive no matter what) and lightning fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering another pair in a few months when my daughter outgrows hers.

There are two, maybe 3 types of people who will go here. 1. Dancers and their mothers. 2. People going for an adult fitness class. 3. People who want Zuca pouches. I can't really speak to 1 or 2. I can however say that this is the only place, despite what the Zuca website will say (!), to buy their product in Mississauga. Tip: Plan your purchases. Find out when they place their order with Zuca, then add your order at that time. Zuca comes in all the way from California, so I imagine it's expensive for them to order as a small business. Support them! Anyone can order from the big guys! Give a small business your money!

Great dance store and a ton of selectio n amd expertise from their staff. Rspecially dau ti g for me as did not grow up with dance and first time enrolling my eldest into dance. They were wonderful with my daughter and got her so excited trying on the body suit and ballet flats. A little more pricier than I anticipated but in all honestly came in having no clue what to spend. The staff also mention in September they sell "ballet in a bag" which includes flats, tights, body suit and skirt for about $60.00. I spend more than that however because i was affiliated for a dance company gave me a 10% discount. If our daughter continues with dance will continue with this store as the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is diverse.
