Unless you are in an immediate need of animal onesies, you are better off online shopping. This place offers cheap quality onesies with high end onesie price tag, and unlike the online, this place provide no satisfaction guaranteed customer service with attitude. I won't recommend this place to ppl. I also won't do any further business with this company.

The employee/owner (?) here was extremely helpful and made for a very stressfree and easy order process. I called in to check on the stock of an onesie I found online for a last minute Halloween costume and they helped me out with the online order/pick up process. Normally orders placed through the site are shipped out and since I wanted to pick it up right away, I ordered online, they waived the shipping costs and I came in in person to pick up my onesie. I thought they only carried onesies however they also have a great selection of onesies as well as many cute merch and accessories such as Pusheen the cat!

The store offers no returns. I bought an item and realized the second after that it was the wrong size (and they didn't carry the size I needed). Instead of giving me a refund they refused and only offered a credit despite the fact that it JUST happened a second prior. It honestly felt like "haha we've got your money, sucker!". No sympathy either. The place is cute but offering no refunds at all on overpriced onesies leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. You're much smarter if you buy online from a place that offers returns.

When I found out that Kigurumi was opening a store in Toronto I almost died! Their onesies are the comfiest thing I have ever worn! I love to go to music festivals wearing mine. Went into the shop and found so many cute things! I love this place! I want to live in a space as cute as this!!

Website says the store on Dundas is open and on google. I came up from Kitchener to see the store and debate on which Kigu to get. Turns out the store is closed for renovations stating open at the end of summer 2018 (funny how I tried on the first day of fall)... Not happy with the wasted trip in knowing anything I want I have to order online and return if not fitting... Most likely will just try something else. Thanks!

So sad they decided to close this store forever. I really loved it. I guess the renovations didn't go as planned. I have no idea where I'll buy the long list of other kigurumi I wanted. I won't shop online. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that if enough people want it they will find a new location and reopen in Toronto in the (hopefully not too distant!) future.

I absolutely adore the merchandise on hand at the Toronto Kigurumi shop! The shirts are a bit pricey, however totally worth it considering the quality and overall look! Fabulous shop and Morgan, the shopkeep I believe, was extremely helpful when it came to finding what I was looking for! ( ◠‿◠ )

This place has an amazingly curated selection of items and a warm, attentive staff. It's always fun to ask the staff which kigurumi they recommend for you (even if you already own one or know which one you want or aren't even buying one). It's also worth going just to browse as a museum of Asian-inspired design objects.

Disgusting service and product. Never have I ever purchased anything online so disgracefully made. The material, sizing, and down to the smell of the material is repulsive. To then have to experience the argumentative customer care team in response to my complaint. This business does not even deserve 1 star, I would NEVER recommend.

***Edited to say the owner contacted me by phone ASAP and explained it was a defect and is sending me a brand new one free of charge!**** Thank you for really caring about your customers! The bunny tail was coming off the bunny Kigurumi I ordered for my daughter on the first few hours she wore it. It is now completely off. When I emailed them about the issue they just told me to send it back on my own postage cost and they will send me a new one. Would have rather just got a refund. I attached photos in my email for proof. For the price I was expecting something a little better quality. They’re still very cute and comfortable just over priced.
