OMG, I’m in love with this place, great stuff for my little ones, every time when I come I see so many new stuff selling, not just second hand light use, with great prices, I have just one comment, there was a guy he is working there and he keep telling me don’t let your kids put the toys out, I was ok sorry, it’s TOYS and every kid will play with it, I know he want to keep the place tide and no mess but my kids always they put back the toys on the shelf. anyways I RECOMMENDED for anything you want to buy for your little ones.

We were in Mississauga for business from Québec and stopped by, pleasantly surprised. The store is clean and we'll organized with a wide selection of clothes/toys, not what you would expect from a second hand store. Upon entry you are greeted by a warm and bubbly staff who are well knowledged on their stock. Worth checking out if you are in the area and you are looking for a good deal. There's nothing better as a parent than to find a pair of jeans for 1 dollar (I kid you not)!!! Don't miss out on this gem!

I have never been to a more RACIST place than this place, maybe the treatment would have been different if I was white. From the moment I walked in... there was no one to acknowledge and offer customer service, after all they do want your business. The entire time, the sales person spent striking conversation with my baby and then the pay out for my items was a COMPLETE insult.... pocket change!!!! THIS PLACE WILL never get my business again. Google only allows you to post with a rating of at least one star, if it was up to me, this place does not deserve any star at all!!!!

I got store credit for toys I brought in, after asking how to use my credit the lady at the cash reassured me that all I had to do was give them my phone number. When I went back a few weeks later to use my store credit it wasn't in my account! They had nothing in their system saying I had been there and treated me as if I was trying to steal money from them. I will never sell there ever again.

It's a great store, my review is based on my experience as a seller. I brought in about a ~10 unopened toys, things like pokemon, transformers, paw patrol etc that and only got offered $10. I understand a mark up needs to be in place but getting 50 cent offers on brand new unopened toys was a little bit off-putting.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had working with any business!!! In the attempt of cleaning up some space form great conditioned kids clothing I decided to try to sell some. Kids that I pass things to have few years yet to catch up with the size . However I would have kept it for people I know would be grateful for the items. This store disrespects you and your time from the start: No one looked at the things in front of you - items are taken for future assessment . Store took a week to assess the buy and gave me two days to collect it back ! I clearly identified on the form that I wanted it back. As per preferred mean of communication I requested a text and they refused to do it. It is also on the form that it was my first time dealing with the store and basic courtesy to wait for me to respond was expected. I reached out to the store first Saturday after their call back and all my items were already discarded !!! Experience is extremely unpleasant . It feels like I have been robbed!! I have not given to the store permission to discard my personal belongings at their convenience. I will never step in the store again.

I went here for the first time today to buy for my newborn. I specifically coordinated to go on a Wednesday to take advantage of their infant sale (25% off all 0-6month infant wear). When I asked for it at the till, the lady helping me was unaware of it and the other lady beside her reminded her of the sale every Wednesdays. Then, the owner or store manager came and said I get no discount. I asked why and he said that sale is from long time ago. I said it is on the website so he should honour it. Then he said very rudely, "well that's gotta come down then. No sale." Then walked away. The lady at the till had to whisper to apologize and it was just uncomfortable for everyone. Will never go back here and not recommend.

Rudest staff I've ever come across. The man is so disrespectful and I don't think he has any idea what customer service is. I'll never give them my business again. Ripped open a brand new unopened high chair. I declined his $6 offer and he left all the pieces there for me to put back. Can’t get enough of this store! I sell my kids’ old stuff and get store credit to update my kids’ wardrobe. I’ve found clothes by Ralph Lauren, Justice, Adidas, and more for such great prices! Thanks to this store, I’ve saved so much money. Plus my daughter has found some amazing Disney junior novels here for as low as $1.50. And I love that when I shop here, I already know toys and clothes are inspected so they’re in good quality. Seriously, better than Value Village, come here before school starts for kids’ stuff!

Extremely rude staff makes any visit to this store very unpleasant. They treat their customers horribly and if you are there to sell clothing they’ll treat you even worse. Absolutely no respect for anyone. They also over charged my mother-in-law by over $30 when the “sale items” were not showing up correctly. We have been shopping here for years and absolutely love their prices, selection, and quality of items! We have tried other kids resale shops but found those to be exceptionally over priced compared to Kid to Kid. For example today we purchased three childrens suits, a christmas dress, odds and ends clothing for 3 kids, winter hats, sweaters, dress shirts, and books. Our total was less than $80. These guys also have crazy sales too, so always watch out for those (usually on their FB or instagram!). We also love the new owner Cheryl, and her super friendly staff!! Thanks for treating us like family!!!

Since changing management last year this place has become amazing. Everyone is super friendly. Products are clean and in great condition. Cheryl will go the extra mile to help you find whatever you need and they will even hold items for you for the day! As with any thrift store, don't expect to get a lot of money for your stuff when selling- this is a business after all. But they sell at very fair prices. I also love that they post pictures of new items daily on their Facebook page.

I have been here a few times to sell my items and every time has been the same. Unprofessional and rude employees or possibly owner. When my items were reviewed and added up I asked how it was priced and I was looked at like I had two heads. I had 4 items not a big deal to let me know how they were priced. I guess that's how they rip people off by not giving them a description of there items. They just give them a total. The best for last!! As I brought in a child's barbe remote car with a plug in I was told they don't except those, fare enough no problem:) as another women was in the store she told me she would buy it off me. I told her sure let me put it back in my car as I was going back there anyway to finish up here and I'll give it to her when i was finish since i would be long. She agreed. As I finished up at the desk I had jerk off comment that my total was what they have me plus what I made off the lady! hahahah. So like i said they are rude and could care less how they talk to they customers. I did nothing wrong by excepting a sale from someone else, for something they dont take anyway. Clearly that bothered them that I made way more then they would have ever offered. And for the record it was exchanged outside :) I personally will never return.

Terrible experience!!!! I will never ever forget how you ripped off my daughter. She was unaware that one of her favorite books was included in a box of used items. This book was very dear to her & they had priced a bunch of stuff worth a lot for $12.00. They conveniently placed the book aside completed the transaction & then pretended to insist that the book was part of the deal. I couldn't care less for the items except for this book. They insisted on having this book at all cost eventhough they could see how distraught she was & proceeded to lecture us that we should have been more careful!!!! Shame on the owner & the other salesperson!!! I would NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Sellers be aware...so shady!!!

I love this place. I have bought and sold here many times. The employees are awesome. Polite, helpful, and personable. Store is pretty organized for the amount of turnover they do. Everything is good quality. Places like this really help for us parents that have a budget and dont like to have clutter or let things accumulate in our homes. Plus its so close to me! I went into this store and I was blown away, the staff is friendly, they have a lot of toys/clothes for all ages, this place is organized, so many birthday and Christmas gifts purchased here. I have shopped at other baby stores and theres hardly anyone there to help you and the stores are messy, I was helped by Melissa and Cheryl who were both knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful when I went in, I will continue to shop here from now on.

I came into your store this morning and the store attendants were not helpful at all. I asked if I could bring my items into the store since it was 34 degrees and they told me that they didn't have space in the store and that they were only taking clothes for 18 months and up. They told me that toys had to be in boxes and they would only look at the jumper. I took it into the store and the attendant told me it was dirty. At this point I was furious that every question I asked was shot down. She told me that they had 4 people ahead of me which wasn't a problem for me and that I could come back later.

We had the opportunity to visit the Mississauga Kid to Kid recently while in town for our grandchildren. We sold some clothes and took store credit to replace them. The process was fast and efficient and we got some great new items for their wardrobe. Love Kid to Kid.

Do not even consider this store, go down the street to the other kids store. Attended the Mississauga Santa Clause parade, due to the location of the event, parking was limited to local plazas near the route. As I was pulling into a parking spot infront of this store with my family, the store owner was standing infront of the spot available smoking and refused to move so I can park. He stated parking was for customers only, even though there was no sign "for customers only". He stated he was the sign and would not move from the spot. I Understand the parade maybe disrupting your business, but yet you are alienating the very same customers who may shop at your store, which are family's with kids. You were rude and if you have issue with the parade take it up with the local MPP. Based on other reviews online, does not surprise me others have experienced this type behavior from the owner.

The customer service is horrible and the owner is very rude. I went in the other day to buy shoes for my 19 month old son. I went to where the shoes are but I didn't really know where to start looking for his size and they were all mixed up. So I went to the counter to ask for some help. The own was the one I spoke to and when I asked her for help finding shoes for my son. Instead of saying something like sure what size of shoe is he. She snapped at me and said "we don't know what size of shoe he is you need to figure that out on your own" I then went to say thank you I know the size. And once again she snapped saying well you just have to look and walked away to do something.

I absolutely LOVE this store. It is so bright clean and organized!! I have sold to other competitors in the past and was unimpressed and overwhelmed by mess. However at kid to kid everything is perfectly organized by style and age. If you need any help at all the staff is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I was also amazed that all of the clothing items were in like new condition without any stains or holes so you don’t have to sift through the racks to find good items! Overall I am super happy with my visit and will definitely be returning as both a seller and a customer.

Went to this store the first time this week and we've already been back! Our family loves this store. Finding such great clothing brands like Nike Adidas and Jordan as well as our favorite sports teams. Everything their is like new! The kids enjoys being able to pick out their own styles and outfits and shoes with out the worry of an item being overpriced. The staff is wonderful!! So friendly and inviting they make you want to come back over and over. The kids are always happy to say hi and the staff is always happy to chat with them and make their experience even better! We will be coming back to kid to kid over and over and couldn't be more happy with our purchases <3

Last Friday, I experienced the best of Kid to Kid Mississauga and the best of human kindness. When I was in, one of their young employees helped a lady buy a stroller - the twist being that it was meant for her baby doll that she had with her. Complete with extra supplies and a blanket, it was clear that she loved and cherished this baby doll. This young employee went above and beyond with her kindness, compassion, willingness to help and support, and most importantly lack of judgment, as the woman chose the colour she wanted, prepped and moved over her baby doll, and carried on with small talk before she left. With the world the way it is right now, it really was wonderful to witness such a beautiful interaction.

I have never written a review before this, but I felt compelled today. The selection was ok, but the completely unfriendly and rude staff made the shopping experience very unenjoyable. There were two women working there were surprisingly rude, as if all the women shopping there had offended them somehow. I overheard them saying rude things about a woman who was 9 months pregnant, and shopping there. I will definitely not return, as there are many other baby/child consignment stores in the area with friendly and welcoming staff, who are keen to help out women with babies, and pregnant women.

This is my new favourite kid store. Amazing customer service. They have been very accommodating during the very long lock downs. Even though the government put in very strict restrictions, they have been able to provide all the products I have requested to purchase. Best part is the products are very affordable, and in very great condition and new. Very happy customer.

If I could rate this it would be BIG minus/negative 10 star...I have been to this store 4 times (3 to sell and 1 to buy) and first I'm not sure but what they gave me for my child's clothes I had 26 articles of clothing and they took 17 I was told and only was given about a $1 per item (does not sound right) not acceptable this was on the weekend so not sure if the younger staff did something wrong but when you take brand name never worn it should have been more then a $1/ per item considering I've taken maternity and got more for just 4 items but that was during the week - BUT yesterday zi could not believe how rudely we were treated by the staff especially the man was the RUDEST IGNORANT person I have ever met not only was he extremely rude and smart tongued to me I almost died when I heard him tell a lady that I might add they made her actually sit on the floor and go through her bag and sort her items out before they would take them (that itself is not professional at all) BUT this man had the nerve to tell her they were dirty (first if they were that is not professional to be doing so everyone could hear BUT the point is I saw them and a friend did also and they were not)...I'm not sure who this man owner/manager is but his smart mouth remarks at people he should not be working in customer service even a friend (who is a very calm cool lady unlike myself lol) said she couldn't believe I even go there and how rude he was and his smart snappy ignorant comments he was just so RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Do yourself the favour and take your business elsewhere I might add that there was a man in there to collect the money for his wife that I assume she left maybe on the weekend and they screwed his items up they couldn't find them and then had the wrong name on his things NOT ACCEPTABLE - people on here are right to to Once Upon instead drive out to Milton it's much nicer staff and cheaper clothing hell for what you pay here just go to Giant Tiger up the road our kids aren't in their clothes long enough anyway. Well now I'm even more SHOCKED after looking further on this site and seeing the "store of the month" I was completely shocked to see it was THE OWNER a Mr. Brent Feilders who was so rude yesterday absolutely disgusted with this store even more now. I had a great experience, she bought so many things from me and she was great to deal with. The store itself is beautiful. Good place to shop for used toys. Some item are worn out, so need to analyze well before purchase. Overall a decent place to sell and buy used kids stuff

Awful experience today, trying to by sun hats for 9 month old..they said NO they could not show them through the window...they said NO to measuring a hat for us. All sales final so wanted to make sure it fit. When we arrived to buy hats the said only cash or etransfer..wud have been nice to tell us before we got there. We etransferred the money and told NEXT time to use the password they gave us. So much for supporting local business..they talked to us like we were kids. Why such bad treatment and why so many rules.

I've shopped here many times and have had good luck buying items that were a fair price and in good condition. However, I have not had good experiences as a seller and have been made to feel very uncomfortable by the rude staff. The owner has no customer service skills whatsoever. The woman who does the buying is incredibly impatient and acts as though her customers are an inconvenience. I do not have an issue with their policies but in the way they communicate to their customers.

I love going shopping for my two year old grandson because Cheryl is always ready to help with a smile and often a giggle. The store is beautifully laid out with a great selection. Her prices are low and fair , always able to get that extra treat! I love the fabulous selection of new and pre loved clothes, toys , books , equipment and hats! The staff are very kind and friendly. I would recommend kid to kid to everyone and anyone . Can’t wait to go in and see what’s new !

Went in there today, had an okay experience shopping wise, but the staff definitely ruined the experience, they had a complete attitude, and acted as if our presence in there was inconvenient to them. Will not be returning.

I have both bought and sold items at this store. They have amazing customer service and always make me feel welcome. There are so many brand new and like new items in the store that my daughter has always been able to find something she likes. As for selling, I recommend that people make sure all of their items are clean, not stained and have all the pieces.
