This is a terrible place to do business with!! They do not return phone calls. You cannot leave a voicemail. They have dodgey business practices. They do not give refunds or receipts. The product I rented was a piece of garbage. Things are misrepresented on the website. STAY AWAY not worth the aggravation. I had to give one star in order to post -my apologies to the one star....they are not worthy of it!

Terrible business practices. Refuses to refund us for items not delivered/set up at a corporate party in 2014. I would warn anyone doing business with Vicky that she will promise you a lot and not deliver, and then promise you a refund and not deliver that either.

I had a 1920's costume party to go to last weekend and I am not good with stuff like this. Vicki took the stress off me and my husband and I looked fabulous for very reasonable price...excellent service and very helpful...I would definitely use again.

Place has a lot of varied and unique stuff so it shows when you walk into the store as its not very tidy. The staff and owner Vicky are very helpful and willing to accomodate your requirements. Noticed they need atleast a weeks notice for any custom order. They can stitch costumes for you. Cheaper to rent than purchase outright. Also provide props for TV shows and events which can be delivered subject to area and delivery fee.

Just for anyone reading these reviews, Vicky Sturgeon is the owner - so she left a positive review to try to bring up her rating. She put us through hell when we did an event with her products in late 2014. She still owes us close to $1000.00.

Tickle trunk Costumes & Props has always been very helpful for our party needs for the last 20 years. If they don't have what you are looking for they will source or manufacture it. Our last party was a Paris theme we even got a 16 ft Eiffel tower to complete the look we were trying to achieve. Linens and balloons. We've done several other themes Great Gatsby, 1950's, Hollywood, Mardi Gras even a Roger Rabbit theme complete with costumes [ I was Jessica] as well as decor. we have been very happy with their products and service.
