A few weeks ago, I purchased a Two Palms Linen Raw-Edge Jacket in the "Natural" colour. I already owned 4 of this style but in different colours. A few days ago, I decided I was going to keep it and washed and air dried it. I wore it for half an hour before I had to take it off because the "natural" linen fabric was extremely scratchy. So I washed it again, but it was just as itchy and scratchy. I called the local Tommy Bahama store where I purchased it and was told that because I washed it, they could not give me a refund. I have the same style in 4 other colours. None of them have had this problem. I think the problem is that the colour "Natural" is an untreated, unbleached, undyed fabric in its natural state. This "Natural" colour of fabric is of substandard quality. Eventually, the Tommy Bahama store where I purchased it agreed to refund my money. So I took the "Natural" jacket back and demonstrated its scratchiness. They agreed that it was scratchy, unlike the other colours.

Parked to go shop inside the store and a lady came out to tell me I’m not allowed to park here... The lady didn’t even ask if I was shopping there just assumed I was there for free parking. Poor judgement on if I was a customer or not

Excellent product and service as expected. Tommy Bahama never disappoints. Vancouver needs to add the restaurant experience to the store as the food and atmosphere is amazing. We enjoyed this desert at the Vegas location. Very good. Definitely would be worth having the restaurant here.

Great customer service. A little overpriced. Go to their website and sign up for their email list to get coupons. With a discount prices are more reasonable. Quality clothing. Only location is Park Royal South.
