I purchased a necklace from Tiffany & Co about 4 years ago for my Girlfriend, it looked great but fell apart constantly from the chain to the cowboy boot charm... After sadly losing the diamond from my engagement ring. Sheldon went above and beyond to get my ring back on my finger. When I reached out to the original jeweller we purchased the ring from to find out the size and cut of the diamond he wouldn’t tell me a thing unless I planned to bring my ring back there to be fixed. Refusing to go back there, I went to see Sheldon instead, he knew everything I needed to know about my ring after just taking a look at it. I wanted a plain wedding band with no diamonds, but Sheldon had to redesign my engagement ring claws first (which was purchased from another store). He needed to make the claws of the basket tuck in so that my wedding band would be tight against the engagement ring with no spacing in between (as per my request). Worst experience ever! I told Sheldon what I was wanting to spend and told me if that's my budget, I shouldn't be proposing to my girlfriend. He made me feel like garbage and embarrassed in front of other customers. Because I wasn't spending a certain price and higher, he didn't want anything to do with me and just brushed me off. Bryant's in Penetang told me that my budget was more than enough to get a ring just like the one Sheldon told me was impossible to get. I was willing to pay more than my budget but definitely not at Brunel's. Wouldn't recommend going there at all! Bryant's in Penetang is where you want to go!

I’m lost for words the gratitude towards this man my fiancé recently proposed literally a month after he did I was cleaning and picked up a huge weight of my hubby’s he uses for working out about an hour or 2 later I noticed I diamond was missing and I started crying I took it off and noticed that I had bent it to ???? For my 15th wedding anniversary I wanted to get my wife a new engagement ring. I heard good things about Sheldon's shop and decided to see him. Upon entering the door I was greeted with a big smile. From there, things got even better. After looking at a few of his products, we decided making a custom ring was the way to go. Sheldon personally took me into the back and we spent about an hour reviewing different diamonds and cuts. He immediately got on the phone and had one ordered and sent to the shop so we can take a look at it. Just a few days later we were staring at one of the most beautiful diamonds I have ever seen. With the help from one of my wife's friends and Sheldon, we were able to put together a ring design that we knew my wife would love. Upon receiving the ring, our expectations were exceeded, we were so excited! The diamond setting as well as the complementary diamonds completed the ring. It was more than beautiful. The ring was very expensive, but comparing it with similar products from other stores, I know I received the best deal. I am confident I received the best product for the price.
