I am highly disappointed with the customer service. I emailed this company 3 times because my package did not arrive until the party was wrapping up. I had to go buy last minute dollarstore decorations after I had already spent so much on the ones that arrived late. They have not returned my emails for 3 weeks so far. Why have an email specifically for refunds if you do not even reply to the emails?

I was hesitant to place an order because I needed the items within a week. I spoke to a representative on the phone and they reassured me that the items would arrive on time. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and received the shipment the following Tuesday! It was so quick. This was the only site that I could find Fancy Nancy items at a reasonable price, everywhere else I looked was triple the price. I am very happy.

If I could give less stars I would! I was asked what the date the festivities were, then they shipped it out and it didn’t arrive on time. When I asked for a refund they denied me and hid behind a technicality of fine print. Once I confronted them about that fact. They stopped communication. Save yourself the hassle of ordering from them unless you want trash service and a late delivery. 0/10 Not satisfied!

I placed a large order, complete with personalized items this Sunday. I was worried I had waited too long as my sons party is in two weeks, but I was so wrong. I came home this afternoon, to a large box full of party supplies! I paid for the cheapest shipping, which of course is supposed to be the slowest option but it was here within 5 days. I was worried that maybe the quality wouldn’t be too great or the items wouldn’t be as shown- as prices were often as low as the dollar stores, if not lower. Wrong again. I would compare their product to that of party city’s much more pricey products, with confidence and they are exactly the product shown online! I am so excited to begin decorating for my sons 2nd, construction themed birthday party :). 10 out of 10 recommend this company- not only for their prices and huge selection of quality items but their promptness and order accuracy as well. No idea how I’ve never heard of them but will definitely be using them again and letting everyone I know about them too! If you’re on the fence about these guys, don’t be, I am super thrilled I chose them!

Just celebrated my son's 3rd birthday, first weekend of November 2017...it was amazing! I ordered supplies from Open A Party almost two weeks or so before the party and everything came when it was supposed to, just in time. I would recommend this over any other party supply place. They ship very quickly, and the quality is excellent. I’ve ordered many personalized items (water bottle labels, banners, lawn signs, T-shirt, Santa letters, Christmas even box, etc.) and it’s always better than I hoped. I’ve never had an issue with customer service and will likely use them frequently in the future.

This is the second year I've ordered from this company for birthday supplies. The first year, I ordered early and ordered a good-sized order of supplies for a Monster-themed birthday. I was really happy with the choices and items. They were just what I needed, and I was really surprised at shipping (it was much quicker than expected). Second year we procrastinated a bit and there was the odd dinosaur-themed thing we wanted that we could only get online, and again, Open A Party had them. I ordered Monday, a smaller order so if it made it hurrah, if it didn't oh well, but I did get it in time for the Saturday party. Both times I was VERY pleased at the quality of packing (nothing ridiculous sized for a box, everything packed neatly, itemized list was very clear), and both times very pleased at quality / look of items. Prices are good, and I will definitely order from in the future.

Only made order because website indicated full range was available in the quantity I needed but it looks like they don't keep stock levels updated correctly. After realizing 2 days before the party she hadn’t ordered them online properly the employee we spoke with went right to the warehouse and confirmed they would put our stuff together and ship it immediately. I had $130 order, after my party I emailed the company to let them know that four of the balloons that I purchased were not functional, their cost totaled $10. They have the poorest customer service that I have ever encountered, I didn't expect the $10 back but a gracious reply would've been warranted, not blaming the customer for a defective product.

Only place apart amazon that I could find Raya themed decorations, and they had WAY more than amazon. Custom door sign and thank you notes were spot-on. I was not happy with the items in the loot bag when I saw it. There was no wallets and dog tags as what was showing in your website. I picked and purchased that kind of loot bags for the wallets and dog tags reason and I am so disappointed it did not come with it. I was very unhappy and you must enlist the correct items that was seen on the picture to avoid misconceptions for the customer. They didn't even gave me anything good to make me happy. Hey they say i can return it but with my own expenses to send it back. Seriously... they're not refunding my freight expenses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.

Had a big order for my daughters birthday As I wasnt sure what would be open bc of covid. Most of the stuff was not great quality except for a narwhal table top decoration. The edible cupcake toppers were not usuable, other decorations were worse quality than the dollar store. Will not order again.

Absolutely love this! I've been looking online for months for somewhere to order stuff for my son's 2nd birthday party. But most of the common places have pretty bad reviews. When I found open a party the reviews were pretty good. And I'm so glad I bit the bullet and did it. I had a race car theme and everything was awesome. There were car treat boxes personalized banners balloons and more. Everything was packaged nicely. It came in less than a week. I will never look anywhere else anymore. Prices are pretty decent too.

Placed an order for my daughters birthday and had a horrible experience. The main theme balloons were out of stock but they never informed me and when the order came, they just put a note on the order: “refund issued for the balloons”. They should let the customer know an item is out of stock this way the customer can get it from somewhere else. To make matters worse, ordered two shirts they should read: “brother of the birthday girl” they both rather read: “Brother of the birthday boy”. Called and spoke to Winnie (manager) very unapologetic and says there is nothing we will do. Main picture on the link of the shirt says “Brother of the birthday girl” and it asks to “select the size and gender of the birthday child”. It’s a shirt for her brother why would I pick her size? Then she tells me the size should be of her brothers and the gender should be of hers. Then that part should be broken down into two so the consumer is not getting confused, the consumer doesn’t have magical powers to know how you, as the owner of the site think. Highly unprofessional, will not order again.
