Have frequented this store many times over the years. A great selection, good service and never had a problem with returns or exchanges. Do remember to go there for pyjamas at Christmas as that is the only time they carry them. They are well made, cotton and comfortable.

We've been going to that store for a decade and never had such a terrible experience. A "Sheena" who insisted that we sanitise our hands - already had - and who continued with her harassing ignorant behavior despite being told this. Rather what we said was ignored, she argued about sanitising, and did not stop with her unprofessional approach until I said enough & told her to go away. Had we not been white I wouldn't be surprised if Sheena followed us around the store. Her behaviour was typical of racists by stereotyping on appearance and not listening but maintaining her mentality.
