When we speak about customer service, then we speak about Rose, Doug and Dale, great family leading by example, with COVID restrictions most of similar stores were advising me to go online and purchase with credit card ... etc not caring about anything else, as if you are communicating with a ROBOT or a systematic recorded thing. Rose and the team went over and above and cared about sparing me enough time to be able to meet my expectations diving in the needs and wants and you know what !!!! They were able to make the change and added happiness to my family with the ideas they invented or shared with me with the lowest affordable cost possible with good quality products. Let me know what anyone may need more ? Customer service Time management Making the impossible... possible Caring about the concerns Sharing the ideas on phone, sending photos via email and much more ( will keep some for you guys to experience in person). After all, It seems that they are HIGHMY RECOMMENDED ????????????

Visited the day before Halloween and they had a fully stocked store with anything and everything I could ever want. We found what we were looking for and a mask, lots of face paint options and instructions. Costumes are really well made and they have changerooms and staff to help find the perfect fit. They have a great price range too including very simple costumes to a full Chubaka. There was a selection of children's and adult's costumes in various sizes. There are party favours as well but this trip was all about Halloween. They had Halloween decorations like huge fuzzy spiders and skeletons in cages. It's a great place for a costume party, face paint supplies, & party items. Staff seem to have worked there for years, the lady who helped me said she's been there 11 years. So, she knew the stock, order times, & how to find things quickly.

I'm in Vancouver and just ordered some balloons for my mom who is in Long term care in London - and I *can not* believe the incredible customer service I received from both Crystal and Dale!!! I am SO very impressed and appreciative. That kind of "above and beyond" service is so rare these days. It was not only a breeze, but it was a real pleasure dealing with them. It really made my day to be honest!! I was immediately texted pictures of my balloon options and so much more! I was not expecting that at all. My experience was so good in fact - that the next time I am in London I want to go into the store just to thank both of them in person. It's so wonderful to know that one of my favourite childhood stores Having grown up in London (back in the 70s), is still going strong - and one of the greatest businesses ever - in every regard. McCullochs Costume is the Halloween Store in London that is open all year. They are more than just Halloween. They have a giant collection of costumes for sale, a balloon delivery department and lots of cool stuff. I like to drop in when ever I am in London.

Absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top notch and their selection of balloons and knowledge is fantastic. I have gotten balloons here multiple times in the last 2 months. We have gotten various bunches including an arrangement for daughter's funeral and her birthday. Along with many release balloons to release and for family photos. Everyone that has helped me has been amazing empathetic while also helping me make decisions with things I never thought I would have to. I personally will never buy balloons for any other retailer and HIGHLY recommend McCulloch's!

You really have to visit this brick and mortar store to really appreciate it. Firstly.. its HUGE! Its a warehouse of costumes and costume accessories like hats, wigs..etc. They also carry fun stuff like magic tricks, jokes and novelties. We were there for a balloon order. They have a large balloon department that creates balloon arrangements for pickup or delivery. While I was there I gave the store a walk over and was really impressed at the size and layout. The next time you are there don't rush. Take your time to look around.

I'm from a small town about an hour and a half away from London. I spent the whole day looking in London for a piece for a costume I need this weekend. Someone at another store directed me to the store and I called them 10 minutes before they closed. She confirmed they had exactly what I was looking for, in the color I was looking for it, at a price that was reasonable. I told her I was 10 minutes away from the store but it was 5 minutes to closing time and she refused to wait for me. Apparently customer service is dead. That is the difference between a 1 star and 5 star rating. I would have been forever grateful if she had waited the five extra minutes so I could have purchased the piece. I should have just bought it on Amazon and not bothered with local small businesses.
