Wonderful service today. I took my large puppy in there and he is a bit afraid of new people. He was bribed with treats and quickly made a new frien . I told the lady working what I wanted a toy for, and she showed me a different toy that would be better. She easily could have let me buy the toy I was looking at as it was more expensive. She definitely wanted her new customer happy. Which we are.

Great selection of stuff but brought my dog in one time, and yes he is a very high energy dog, the lady who worked there went ahead to point out that he was hyper and called him a bugger. Did not like that at all, therefore haven't gone back and have since switched to Pet Value.

These condecending morons think that failing to honour their Own guarantee is somehow something that you should expect because, clearly, it's your own negligence that causes the death of the sickly pets they sell. Not. Guess what? You're nowhere near the only pet store in town. I guess having 3 employees that stand around doing nothing but blaming the customer is causing some financial strain. Sayonara. PS I see all these great reviews after I posted mine and, oh, what a surprise, they are all pretty much contrived by professional reviewers. Fake not news.

They usually have what I need at Global Pet Foods. If for some reason they don't, it's not usually their fault. The staff are friendly and if you need help with anything they are more than willing to help. They have a great selection of pet foods on the healthier side of things. The prices are more than what you would pay at a box store, but the product is better and they do have a good variety available. Plus lots of other pet needs, like treats, leashes, collars and toys. They also have fish and aquarium products.
