Their return policy is very unfriendly. After several emails, they finally agreed to refund the purchase price of a sweater that I returned. I had to pay the return shipping. Nevertheless they deducted $15.00 from the refund amount for shipping. When I purchased the item shipping costs were included because the sweater cost over $300. They have some nice products but unfortunately I would not use them again because the return process is too difficult and costly.
