Don't let the cool designs and cheap prices fool you! Not giving 1 star because of staff, but because of the product itself. The clothing, apart from a few things I've bought, is absolutely TERRIBLE quality! I've shopped there multiple times and spent hundreds on really cheaply made clothes that either shrink or stretch out after like 2 washes. I've even bought two of the same type of shirt in the same size and after a couple wears, one turned too small and the other was way too big, tell me how that works! There's a reason everything is always on sale. I will not be buying any more clothes from this corner-cutting chain.

Found the staff to be quite rude when I was in there. I'm not sure how these kids got their jobs but I think the Management should learn better hiring procedures. Whatever they are doing is definitely not working for them. Great prices on the clothing but the quality was cheap, which is what i would expect for the price anyway so I really don't give them a rating for that anyway. 1 star just for existing. lol. I'm happy to go over to Ricki's and all the other great stores for a 4 star experience...and clothing that won't fall apart after a couple of washes.

Never buy any electronics from here including any LED lights,they sell defective stuff and the fat guy on the cash counter,says to people,that they have 2 weeks to return or exchange,but when it's not working and you go back,so he says he never said it and they don't do the exchange or return,so once your money is paid,its gone forever,the manger of the store also defends their staff. Untrained staff,lying to customers,the staff themselves don't know what's the exchange or return policy. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY STITCHES IN CANADA.Cheap company with cheap defective things and cheap staff.

If you're looking to be ignored, then this is the store for you! Absolute lack of customer service offered, and you feel as though you're bothering the staff when you ask for help.... The 2 girls working were nothing but rude to myself and my daughter's, shopping for back to school clothes. I will never come back. They couldn't even put their phones down to say "Hi". Someone needs to train these people! As someone who has worked retail for over 23 yrs, I was disgusted by our treatment today!

Love the clothing here. Very cheap. Today, a rude woman walk right in front of everyone who was lining up thinking she was entitled to skip everyone. A cashier there, Muriel stood up for everyone and refuse to cash that woman unless she wait in line like everyone else. I admire her for speak up for what is right. Good job, Muriel!

Saw quite a few things I wanted to get and found a few pants I wanted to try on but realized there was no change rooms. I put most stuff back and got a few pairs of socks and a winter hat fairly cheap. If they had fitting rooms, I probably would have bought a lot more. The very discounted items were final sale, and I wasn't willing to spend money on something I wasn't sure was going to fit. I may come back when I visit other stores nearby, but I won't make the trip specifically for this store.

I frequent this store frequently, as my daughter loves it there. Today (December 19/16) when I went in, I went to the till, the girl ahead of me was just finishing up and I was next in line....another till opened up, I told the people behind me to go ahead because I was next anyway. Happily 4 people went to the other side.....when it came to my turn, the girl said to me "She will help you at the other till" and closed hers and walked away. I am sorry but that was rude on so many levels. I had 1 item and the only reason I didn't leave it and walk out was that I had been looking forever for it.

They have major deals for back to school (which is how we found it) also boxing day to regular week to week sales.. When going in was easy to find stuff and not bad to checkout.. Alot of sizes and colours to choose..Now since pandemic been doing online for past year.. Since now is the time to get everything fixed in fashion... Everything is easy to find in sizes(sometimes they sell out fast) and easy to use app.. They have a good 40% off and other deals atm.. The delivery isn't bad you can choose from 48 hours or in mail by truck.. We tryed mail wasn't to bad the 48 hours one best.. You get emails and texts when it's ready/ when it should show up.. Guys always nice and leaves package between doors and knocks.. Great place overall.. Also gonna add this app picture they do deals on that also sometimes.. Just keep a eye out might find more when you wanna shop till you drop... Added pictures from past year..

I love this little bargain spot in the city. You won't find brand names here. The store has last year's looks at mostly under $10 for almost everything. If you are looking for a staple, like a tank or a skirt, you will probably find something similar here. However, these are the things that don't sell- so if you aren't creative, you will probably just head to Yorkdale. The staff are lovely. But no change rooms and no assistance with your things, so you have to be a real bargain hunter. If you have an afternoon, i would come to Orfus rd. with a friend and $40. don't forget your cash because the hot dog stands have line ups - bonus: try the veggie dogs outside: )

Went there today with a friend of mine and found an item I was really excited about. I went to try it on but I couldnt find a single employee to get me a fitting room. It doesn't help that the employees have no tags or anything to distinguish them from the costumers. I eventually got a change room and after trying on my item I had decided to purchase it. The lady at the cashier register was incredibly rude on so many levels. This was possibly the worst experience I've had at a clothing store before. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again.

This store sucked. I can honestly say this was the worst customer service EVER. I was putting a shirt up back on a rack and some worker popped out of nowhere and started screaming at me in front of other people telling me to put it back neatly. That is the janitor and workers job not mine. This lady expected me to lick the rat floor clean and pick up these shirts that weren’t mine. Awful store with no changing rooms, not to mention that whole store smelled like hamster breath.

If I could give this store zero stars based completely off the customer service I would. The girls that work there are by far the most rude, aggressive, and completely lack personable skills all together. I was just there trying clothes on and I asked my mom if she could bring my a size smaller, when she was about to hand them to me the employee ripped it out of my mom's hand and was aggressively explaining "ONLY 5 THINGS ALL TOGETHER, WHAT YOU HAVE IN THE CHANGE ROOM IS ALL YOURE TRYING ON ". I was so mad that I stopped trying clothes on all together and left. Don't even get me started on previous experiences with the other employees. My friend has also had incredibly bad experiences with this staff. Beyond unimpressed with this store.

This is a large stitches with a lot of options. I particularly like how this stitches always has a large clearence section with really good deals. I can always count on getting some shirts for $5. Sometimes I do find that the organization is a little chaotic, making it difficult to find things and the quality is definitely not top notch, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Don't shop here! The assistant manager refused to look for different sizes, rolled her eyes when asked for assistance, didn't bother to ask her co-worker to at least help, even though she too was standing around doing nothing. There was 2 of us in the store and the complete disrespect and lack of customer service was appalling! Head office needs to get rid of these employees and maybe people would actually shop here. I was in the store today with my daughter, it's her birthday and she was spending her birthday money. She had picked out 4 pairs of jeans and 2 sweaters. We stood at the back of the store at the change rooms waiting for someone to open one of the rooms for us and no luck. Options are LIMITED. The clothes look way too cheap. Sometimes there are a few good pieces but for the most part it's like I just walk in to walk right back out. The price is great. The products aren't. It's also not a store to go to if you're bigger than maybe a size 7 pant, M dress and tops. The men's section I never really go to but it looks just as cheap as the female section. The men's section I'd shop for work clothes if I did construction.

I was in the store today shopping for a trip. I really needed shorts. I found some really great shorts. However I waited to get into a change room and no one came. A girl walked past me, grabbed a ladder and went to the front of the store to work on displays, another girl was swamped at the cash desk alone and finally there was another girl just hanging out. No one greeted me upon coming in, no one acknowledged me the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. I left the store without trying on my items and without purchasing them. And I will never be back! I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

Seriously I have loved stitches since I was 13 but the styles they have now the colors they choose and you walk in and it's just all brown and yellow and not nice yellows and floral like what happened to the huge selection and sales of cool T-shirt's and sweats and hoodies now its just I walk in a browse and then I order clothes from urban planet online lol I miss how stitches used to be my gf and myself were very disappointed
