In today to look around- I’ve been here before and have had the same experiences but thought to give them another try. As usual, very rude staff and visibly annoyed/cold when I asked to see some items. My friends/family have had similar experiences where they ignore you at all costs in the store and are rude when asking for some assistance. Disappointing

Been buying birthday and Christmas gifts for my wife here for years. This year two of the dresses didn't fit. Took them back. They said their exchange policy is within 14 days of purchase. They refused to refund or even swap one of the dresses for the larger size they had on the rack. You've lost a customer and future business forever over a $60 item.

By far, one of the best boutiques I've ever shopped at! I went in looking for a gift for my wife for her birthday. Right from the start, the staff made me feel right at home. They were very knowledgable and personable, and I got the feeling that they were genuinely interested in making sure I found the perfect gifts! I spent about an hour there and by the end of my visit, I left with a bagful of goodies that I knew my wife would love! Best of all, I was told that if my wife didn't love the clothes or needed a new size, we had 7 days to return the clothes for a full refund or 14 days for store credit........amazing that a boutique like this would even offer such a policy. Most stores on Academy don't even have a return policy! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great clothes and fashionable advice!

Mad About Style is my favourite clothing store in Winnipeg. The staff go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and clothes. They are always friendly and offer great advice/opinions without being overly pushy, and they have super fun seasonal launch events. Good selection online and in-store. It's also really cool that they've started making their own custom designed pieces.

I would never forget my experience with the owner. It was spring time 3 years ago when they had a sale rack event outside their lot. I was browsing the racks when suddenly she and another woman just started shoveling/ re-arranging the clothes without saying Hello or Excuse Me to me. Maybe because I was too petite to be seen??!! I ended up buying a lot but never went back because of how I was treated.

Just to let u know, I had to pick up something for my girlfriend for Christmas and true to the male reputation, I left everything to the last minute. Your staff were very Proffessional and also very helpful. There was lots that I liked and great price point as well. Jesse even wrapped the presents for me and hence hence, made me look good! Just make sure you call to see if they are actually open. Made a special trip in from out of town, the website and google said they were open but they were only open for appointments. When we called to double check, they said they posted it on Instagram… I guess if your not on social media 24/7 your just out of luck.

Check out the Yoga Jeans... The amount of compliments I get on them is crazy and they're super comfortable. Staff is friendly and gives awesome style tips! Nadia is helpful and so sweet!

I am all about supporting small local businesses especially a business in my neighbourhood but the girls who work here will not pay attention to you unless you are...white..skinny and blonde. Just take a look at their employees and instagram. No diversity whats so ever. I have gone in twice and both times was never acknowledged. I do not recommend this place..overpriced..made in china ...I prefer ordering from ZARA online like the rest of winnipeg.

The owner was terrible when it came to a return. Had the tags on and the debit receipt and it was within the 14 days, but was talked to in a condescending manner and it made me not want to shop there again.
