Nice clothing and selection. Looks like very high quality clothing. We asked where a type of clothing was, and the assistant walked us over, asked the size, then picked up the item and walked away with it to the changeroom without letting my wife look at it or touch it. Maybe it was a covid-19 protocol, but it felt a bit odd/awkward.

"no return policy on formal wear" is very disappointing & leaves me questioning if I will shop there again. Finding suitable formal wear is sometime challenging and sometimes you're just not sure until you get it home. Company policy due to people buying, wearing to an event and then returning. Seriously, how often does this happen that they have to put such a policy in place? None the less, I don't feel this is very good customer service. The sales people were also not very friendly. In the end, not a good shopping experience overall.

I walked into your store in Dartmouth Crossing on Monday Dec 6, and within a second was rudely told, not asked, to sanitize my hands. I obliged. I hadn’t taken 2 steps before I was advised in a scolding way that the fitting rooms were open, but that there was no trying on certain items to which she named around 4-5 items as if I was to remember, and if i touch anything, they would have to quarantine the clothes. To this, I said thank you and walked out without hesitation. I’ve been in over 100 stores since Covid began, and have never experienced such ridiculous rules. This, on top of the rudeness of your clerk, will ensure I never patronage your store again.

Was visiting family, and wanted some new cloths for my new Corporate position I start next week. I stopped into Laura’s at Champlain place and was approached by a sale person who told me about the sale.. Spend 100 get $20 off , spend 200 get 40 off, etc. Great deal! I was in a rush but took some time and found a few things. Spent over $200, and planned to come back for more when I finished taking my father to the doctors. When I paid and looked at the bill I had no discount?? I asked why and they said I had to have a profile. I had waved the profile because I was from BC and there isn’t a Laura store where I live. They did not tell me if I didn’t do this I would t get the deal. So much for customer service!! They said if I signed up a profile they would give me the 40$$ off, but I decided instead of coming back and buying the $500 suit I intended to buy, I will never shop at Laura again. Terrible service!!!

They are welcoming and not judgmental, nor assuming that it is a waste of their time to serve you just because you are not dressed in expensive or brand name clothing. The merchandise is of good quality and you can find timeless pieces there.

Was in the store in Dartmouth Crossing last Sunday to return a top I had bought one week before. I was made to feel terrible as a customer because I had removed the tags before giving it to a friend. When they tried it on, it did not fit so I had hoped I could return it. The sales person and manager were very cold to me. They did begrudgingly give me my refund but I have to say I will not be returning to the store which is unfortunate as I was a fan of their line of dresses.

If 0 stars were available That's what I would give! A sales associate at this store in Champlain mall would not allow my daughter and her friends to try on dresses for an event they are to attend, and asked them the leave and that they may return with a parent. These girls are well behaved and never had any problems at any other stores trying on dresses! I recommended they go there, as I have purchased many dresses for myself there, I'm appalled at the way they were treated..why? Because they are teens? Trust me lady, they had the money to pay and now we'll be spending our money ELSEWHERE! RUDE! #prettywoman

Really poor quality and atrocious brand ???? will never go again here I bought an expensive winter jacket from laura st. Vital center but used hardly one season and its zip broke. Staff said that there's no company policy to repair it or any orher compensation.... that jacket is totally useless for me now... they know how much expensive an item should be but they dont know how to satisfy a Customer...

I have always loved this store. I bought a blouse approximately 1 month ago and wanted to return it; as the fit was not right, but had been extremely busy with work so I never got to the store until 1 month later. I entered the store on June 9th at 7:30pm to get a store credit and the two ladies at the cash were not fully trained and didn't know how to do a return. After 10 minutes, they finally figured it out, but then they just looked at me and stated that it had been over 2 weeks; therefore, there was nothing they could do. I repeated that I had not been told about the 2 weeks; as I figured the returns were like most stores and would be 60 days. I repeated that I didn't even want my money back and that a store credit would be fine.....the lady was very rude and just said: ''there's nothing I can do, goodbye'' I definitely will never shop there again:(
