Can not recommend this highly enough. First, GREAT service from employees. They know how to help a bride get the best fits on different body types in a way that doesn’t make anyone feel left out or silly. Kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Second, pricing is out of this world affordable. So many dresses at affordable price points and the fact that you can make adjustments for like $15 to make the dress fit you best is unreal. Talk to Kim if you want an incredible customer service experience but all the staff have really impressed me. 10/10 would Recommend.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They ordered me the wrong dress size and then went and said there was nothing they could do. Manager was on the phone and said "I'm the manager, nothing we can do." Won't give the time of day to listen. I DO NOT recommend going here unless you want the wrong dress size with rude customer service. I now have to get the dress altered and have the zipper replaced and the zipper on all of the brides maids dresses are crooked.

Horrible. They double booked an appointment my fiancée had, cancelled on her (while she was there) while saying to come the following week, only to be called a liar when she called the 2 days before the new appointment. Phone calls were never returned, more than likely due to them shutting the store down when they have a "potential client". Avoid this company. There are other dress shops who are MUCH more deserving of your money.

AWFUL!!! Not only was I VERY specific that I needed the same size as another bridesmaid (I was out of town) but they told me I needed extra length and ofcourse charged me for it...they said I needed an extra 3 inches, but upon recieving the dress, it is nearly half a foot too long!! So now I have a dress in which I look like a bag lady, and alterations are going to be EXTREMELY expensive because theres SO MUCH to take off of the dress, It's so long it ruins the look of the front of the dress. Upon trying on a size 6 (the other bridesmaids dress, so, the size I asked them to order) it fits like a dream BUT on the other bridesmaid who ordered it, and was measured IN STORE it's a bit tight. If you have even ONE bridesmaid out of town DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!! They definitely want you to have to pay for alterations if they can find an excuse for it.

Hush Collection has the best selection of dresses. Customization is a HUGE perk, you can get exactly what you want. You get to pick your colour and style. The dresses are great quality and fit really well. I’ve never loved a dress more. I felt comfortable and beautiful all day in my bridesmaids dress for my mom’s wedding. I’m thinking about getting it altered again to make it short so I can wear it more casually (that’s how much I love it). Make sure to book an appointment 6 months in advance to ensure you have enough time to get alterations if you need. They recommend a fabulous tailor. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Came here as part of a wedding party and our consultant juggled 6 girls effortlessly and made the whole ordering process painless! Dresses arrived with 2 months to spare and looked amazing on everyone! Not to mention the prices cannot be beat for the quality you receive. I'd definitely go back to Hush if I was getting married again!

0/5 Stars! Horrible customer service. I picked Hush collection to get my bride maids dresses. Worst decision. My phone calls were never returned. Their excuse was; "We never answer our phones when with a client to ensure high customer satisfaction" When it came to my appointment, the woman "helping" stayed in the back room on the phone and computer the whole time.... When I asked for help she seemed annoyed by me.... She had zero clue was she was talking about. She told me the dresses would probably not come in time and I couldn't order any add on's such as belts. When I finally got a hold of them a few DAYS later after endless calls and voice mails, they did not seem to care about my horrible experience but confirmed the dresses would arrive on time and let me order the belt.......When the dresses came the were not only wrong but as well missing the belt. My maid of honors dress was hacked off at the knee when it was supposed to be a high-low. Once again after calling and complaining they did not care and said there was nothing they could do. I would stay clear of this unprofessional, wackjob of a dress shop if you would like to enjoy a stress-free wedding. The worst customer service I have ever had!

This is my second time purchasing a bridesmaid dress from Hush in the last few months, and cannot recommend this store enough! When it comes to bridesmaid dresses, Hush is where you need to go. You feel relaxed the moment to walk in. If you book an appointment ahead of time, your wedding party will have the whole store to themselves. There is a comfortable couch, large mirrors, individual dressing rooms for every bridesmaid, and most impressive- an unbelievable selection of affordable, quality dresses in an amazing amount of colours. I never knew so many shades of purple existed! Dresses are available for order any a wide range of sizes, and are available to try on up to 24/26. Everyone can feel comfortable trying on dresses there. The staff are very helpful, and attentive to detail. The service you receive is wonderful, making dress shopping actually enjoyable. Don’t look anywhere else for dresses. Your time is precious when planning a wedding. It’s not worth your time, energy or money looking at other places.

They were able to each find a different dress that they loved and i got to pick the colours that matched my vision perfectly! All the different styles and colours were very important to me. Fair prices, good quality and came in on time!

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from here and it was one of the easiest shopping experiences of my life! They have a great selection of beautiful dresses at extremely affordable prices and the staff was great to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Hush to any bridal party!

This was ages ago, but I finally have time to write. This store is AWFUL! The customer service is genuinely horrific, as in, when they make a mistake about literally anything, not even a "oh! Sorry about that" nope, just, a not my problem kind of attitude. They ordered my dress wrong, were complete snobs about it, refused to even make an attempt at fixing the problem just awful. Don't go here when things open back up. I can let go of a lot of things, but they don't even apologize for their own mistakes.

This was not a good experience for me. I first tried to phone and was directed to online booking so I did and made a reservation, all seemed good. Me and my bridesmaids arrived and were told the seamstress/bridesmaid consultant had left for the day, and the lady’s at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and then told me it was my fault because I “might” have missed a final button in the process of booking (which I definitely had not). So they said they cannot help me and sent me and my girls on our way saying “that sucks I’m sorry that happened” with no further help. Usually I wouldn’t care but one of my bridesmaids lives in Mexico and the rest of us live out of town and this was our day to shop. Needless to say we are going elsewhere to a shop with helpful people. HUSH I would recommend stepping up your booking game and if “missing a final button” is a reoccurring issue maybe YOU should FIX IT!!!

Excellent experience. After searching all over the city for the colour dresses I wanted (dusty rose) for my bridesmaids and having no luck, I found 4 different shades that would work at Hush. They have so many colour options. When the dresses came in (only 2 months after ordering!) the colour was exactly what I was looking for. The girls all picked different styles that worked for them and we were able to make all the dress styles floor length. The dresses were all under $200 and I even ended up ordering a dress for my wedding shower from them. Great service and I would for sure order from them again. I loved that they had appointments so that me and my girls were the only ones in the store to try on dresses. The dresses seem to be really good quality too. I’m looking forward to seeing them all on my wedding day.
