its a pretty good store to come and look at, BUT... Its absolutely expensive, look if you dont have thousands of dollars to spend on clothes just dont do it to yourself. But on the other hand if you have a tone of cash to put towards your clothing then this is absolutely the best place you can possibly come to do that. They have alot of high end stuff and if thats what youre into I 100% recommend you come here, this is the place for you!!! but if youre like me and your pockets arent that deep just come and look around but dont do it to yourself.. if you know what i mean. if youre one of those people that 100% needs that Zegna jacket feel free to come here... but other than that, once again dont do it to yourself if you dont have that kind of money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was simply looking for a dress shirt and tie and being in a mall I thought Harry Rosen was just another menswear store. Things started out well but quickly went downhill when I asked the price of the shirt the salesman was telling me about. When I stated it was a bit out of my price range the salesman got very rude very quickly and made a comment about how this was the "Cadillac dealership". I felt a bit embarrassed and as I was leaving the salesman made another flippant comment to me. I will never ever set foot in a Harry Rosen store as long as I live.

Very disappointed, I’ve spent thousands at this store and I will never return because of the service I received Friday November 15th 2019. Every single time I’ve been to this store someone has greeted me, Not today and this wasn’t the first time it happened. This time when is happened It was the manger that neglected to say hello and assist me when I was walking around, he was closest to me I was obviously trying to find something.

I’m happy to say I had yet another great experience with Jason at Harry Rosen. I needed some new shirts that didn’t need altering as I’m heading out on a business trip in a couple days and he found me some amazing new Hugo Boss dress shirts that fit perfectly. Although I am a silver tier customer, I must mention that the store employees do judge the book by its cover. The only time an employee didn't do it, is the time I've decided to buy from them, thanks to my clothing adviser Wanting Wang. Regardless, the quality seems to be good for the price you pay for. I have mixed emotions when reviewing this store. We have been regular customers of Harry Rosen's for over a couple of decades. The store its self in Polo Park is beautiful and the service is impeccable BUT the clothes they offer are imature and insanely expensive for what you get. We still try to shop there but sadly we always leave empty handed and always laughing at who would be brave enough to wear those styles,colours and fabrics out in public. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who has taste and is looking for classic clothing for a gentleman.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with customer service. My husband ordered suits for our wedding and the communication for alterations and pick up was not done well. We ended up having to buy shirts somewhere else because they were not delivered in time despite giving 6 months advance. The employee talked about all of his "high-end" clients through out our appointments... the staff definitely treat you as less-than if you aren't a million dollar customer.

Just a suggestion, please don’t follow the customers for each steps or all the staffs keep staring at customers as soon as we walk into the store, I know your staffs are not monitoring us, they are just tying to help us, but it gives us a lot pressure and makes us feel uncomfortable. That's not a good way to show your good customer services. If we need any help, we would definitely go to look for sale’s help. I bought several items before and I would say the items are good. But for the recent a few times of visit, I don’t want to buy anything, I’m even afraid to touch anything. The only feeling I have is leaving the store ASAP.

I went in today looking for some new dress shirts. Pretty standard ops. I met Doxa in there - he was very helpful. He was their only saving grace and, my heart goes out to him. Unfortunately, I know exactly what I want. I know the fabric I want, the style of collar and the fit. Doxa did everything he could but, they just didn't have the inventory (switching from Winter to Spring/summer). My only option was to have something custom made. Really? come on HR. This is where we take a nose dive well below the expected standards of HR. I strongly believe that when I walk into Harry Rosen, I'm well within my right to have preferences. I came in looking for shirts, hopefully for under $200 each. 5 days a week, 5 shirts. Well, this seemed to aggravate the fragile sensibility of the man in charge of custom shirts.(I didn't want a custom shirt to begin with. His idea.) I was promptly dismissed as a customer. The mood had changed, Doxa was discouraged and, I was embarrassed. Silly me, I guess I need to shop elsewhere. Maybe Indochino where I can get a tailored shirt for under $200 without all the attitude. Sorry Doxa I wont be back and, you deserve better than 1 star. I cant shake the feeling I left with. I Should be leaving the store feeling happy with my new shirts. Instead I'm writing this.

Being looked down by the old lady working at Harry Rosen, while walking around looking with my Husband who frequently buys from there from Moncler, to Canada Goose, to Hugo Boss... Etc. Followed us in every direction we went. We were walking with our daughter. No sorry we aren’t wearing a suit or a fancy dress. She wasn’t even dressed properly to work there. Her outfit doesn’t even meet standards, you should probably retire if you really hate people. Walked behind us every step, I hope you read this and realize how much of a B*TCH you are. Nobody was going to steal, I had my daughter and our stroller, no way in hell would we walk out if we were regular customers. And for that very reason, we are never shopping at Harry Rosen and letting all our family and friends know how brutal your staff are. Working on a minimum wage salary thinking how “High Class” they are.

I went in on Sunday December 30th to look at the Canada Goose Parka's. They didn't have my size but I was assured that they could order it in for me. Once I agreed to order it in, he took my details and told me he would text me when it arrived. I only received texts with other options of jackets and whenever I would text him for an update I wouldn't get a response. It is now January 8th and when I called the store there is no update on the jacket although the Vancouver location has 7 in my size. They did not bother calling earlier to try and order it in as it seems. I could have ordered the jacket my self off the Canada Goose website and with normal shipping it would've been delivered in 3-6 business days. This was my first and might be my last experience of Harry Rosen and I am greatly disappointed with this service.
