Plenty of parking has this store is located within a strip mall. The interior is a little different, from my last review. Better use of the space The people working there were very nice and were able to help me get what I needed quickly.

My 5 year old starts tap/ballet tomorrow and I realized the shoes we had bought secondhand were still too big, so we did a last minute trip to Dance Plus. The friendly staff greeted us promptly and immediately assisted us in finding what would be best for our needs. They even have info on dress code for different dance studios so if you forget, the staff makes sure you don't buy the wrong item. The staff helped my daughter try on the shoes and made sure they fit well with room to grow. Not often do I feel that a business has my best interest at heart, but this one definitely made me feel that way.

Even though the store. Became very busy shortly after I arrived we were in and out with 2 bodysuits, 2 pairs of ballet slippers, a pair of tap shoes and a pair of jazz shoes within about 40 minutes.

The owner was very grumpy at me, when I called to ask about used shoes she told me in a harsh tone we have a consignment program. No trade ins! Then I replyed with Ok and received bye and she hung up! Would recommend Harlequin dance over Dance Plus any day!

They have an excellent selection of dance outfits and accessories for my kids. They always have stock. Their alterations are also top notch. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Terrible service from the very beginning. We will be taking future business elsewhere (as suggested in another person’s review). There is no customer service what-so-ever. Deb is not friendly, has a lack of people skills, poor communication and phone etiquette. Very surprised considering we continued to be polite regardless, hoping the next encounter would be better, although we received the same experience. Do not recommend, sorry. Would also recommend not giving out other people’s information to others without verifying identification.
