Worst experience???????? So they blamed us for attempt to steal. I just asked for help from a guy/girl. He/she made claims of stealing on me for no reason. They are very rude give zero respect to customers. I will never visit this store again and advise readers as well.

I love their black slim jeans they fit so well and they are actually stretchy to which I need black jeans for work I hate the ripped jeans ones though the staff is not the best when I was in the changing room I asked for a couple of things and they can never bring me the right thing I asked for. So usually just bring my brother he can find what I need. Otherwise I like the product.

Very liars . Don’t even waste your money to buy flexible jeans, i bought one and got ribbed while only i was on my knees and stand up . Just like that.When,i went back to store they said oh sorry for that . Good luck and that’s it. Really stupidty to buy and trust them anymore...i spent 60$ for this cheap material.

My favorite American Eagle outlet. Selection is pretty good. They always have amazing deals that can't be beat by other American Eagle locations. Staff is very friendly & helpful when needed. Lots of change rooms too so if it gets pretty busy you usually never have to wait.

Shopping for mens jeans is always a nightmare. You only have industrial options or ones that cost over $300. I have worn only American Eagle jeans for the last 5 years for everything from landscaping/construction to hking and going out and they have been amazing. When my two favorite pairs after 4 years of use gave up it was time to get a new pair. When I came into your store at the outlet mall I was greeted by a very friendly and positive person named Emma. She explained all the differences in mfg and styles, which for a guy is great! After trying on a few pairs I bought a pair and since they didnt have another in my size Emma explained the store to door option and walked me through everything, she was amazing!! Emma made buying jeans a very easy and enjoyable experience and as a business owner myself I love that you have an employee who is passionate and knowledgeable about your product as Emma is!! You have gained an AE customer for Life!!!!

The associate Renee was very rude when we were in the change room. We simply called her name to open the door because the door automatically behind us . She very rudly said "do you not see im talking to another person" and continued to speak to the lady, maybe it was that we were of a different skin color however it would be very nice if American Eagle outfitters emphasized customer service to their staff.she very rudly shut us down with attitude. Although we liked the jeans and we reconsidered our decision because of the bitter taste that was left. Good clothes but poor costumer service. NOTE: the manager who spoke to us afterwards was absolutely amazing with how she approached us▪Her treatment was so positive that we made the purchase. We're happy about her.
