I freaking love this place. I could walk around for hours getting inspired for Halloween; they have amazing displays and a good playlist. Plus the staff are always excited to be there and to get into the spirit of the season. Last time I went in they took time to chat with me about costume ideas and then walked me to my car for safety because there had been an altercation in the parking lot. A+ service!

Great selection of costumes and accessories for all ages! Change room is helpful if you need to try on your costume and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Many improvements since I visited in the past, it's wonderful to see!

The most racist place I've ever been into. Went there on 9th October 2021, around 6.20 pm. Only spend 2 minutes in that building. We were planning to get Halloween items for our first Halloween party, but because we are brown people from India two female employees started stalking us through the aisles. Within 20 second after we entered the shop the tall blonde female employee approached us , asking what we are looking for, told her we have to look around, again she was asking " you don't have any specific item that I'm looking for" how I'm gonna find something to buy in 20 seconds. We left the shop. Before leaving told the male who was at the cash register. No apologies, no sorry again the they talked me in the same disrespectful manner. Never going to that shop again or celebrating the Halloween in my life

I was in there with my husband shopping for Halloween Costumes. My husband tried on a hat. I understood why I couldn't try on a wig. An young female employee says to my husband that he would have to go to the back and see the other young female employee for try ons. Ok, that was fair. As I went up to the back to ask the young female if I can try some Halloween costumes on.. I asked about a hat and scarf and belt that went with the customer to try out. I was denied. The young female who was situated at the back closets says to me, they really dont want to have ppl try these items on due to...she says.. LICE and Diseases. Well! I am an Indigenous older person and I taken that too offense! My husband who is Caucasian did not get no response like what I got from your young female employee who was working the fitting room. The owner needs to chat with the young female employee about how to be very careful in her communicating professionally and to communicate maturally and not so rude and ignorant and disrespectful. This needs to be looked into immediately.

Don't bother going there if you have a medical exemption! Use to love this place, went here every year for the last several years. My experience was so bad today. Walked in without a mask because of my medical exemption and was given the third degree and the security gaurd demanded proof of my exemption. Of which currently in Lethbridge it is not required. They are not even supposed to ask for it. I won't go back now. Called the store spoke to a manager and got an apology but at this point it is too little too late.

Oh my children just love that place. As do I. Easy to find location. Wheelchair accessible.. friendly staff members. You can try on outfits. Wife variety of outfits as well. Corona safe procedures there as well. We felt safe.

I never really find costumes I like :/ not your fault though but Ive been in that store many times and I don't believe there is a change room. it would be way easier for me to decide if I want a costume. If there is a changing room then its certainly not obvious.

Loved the store, walk in and theres amazing halloween products all over the place. Definitely money well spent! Love the people who worked there too, very funny and super nice! I bought a Skull shirt and my sister bought half the store lol. Loved everything! I do wish they had more halloween clothes to choose from and alot more special effect makeup products even though they have alot I WANT MORE

Very good selection of costumes and Halloween decorations. They carry many branded costume and a lot of generic costumes for all ages. Their decorations are quite varied in complexity and price. They range from fake cobwebs or simple figures to animated zombies with remote or motion controls. They are only open from early October until Halloween and their costumes are really just made to last a single year. If you as the owner you can sometimes get a good deal on last year's demo decorations.

Lots of content so you'll most likely find what you need. Bit pricey though and there's no returns or exchanges. Bought an item today that was way too small despite getting the right size according to sizing chart. Can't return it so I'm out the money.

Tried to return some stuff 45 mins after purchasing it when I found out that I wouldn’t be attending a theme party. The manager of the place who sold me the stuff 45 mins earlier said that there are no returns. When I asked why it was not posted or communicated when I purchased, she said they are not allowed to tell us by The company. It’s an American company and there is no way to get the money back as they fix the cash register so that it can’t do returns. She said it’s ‘right on your receipt’. When I asked her how stupid that sounded to find out that you can’t return something after you bought it and looked at your receipt, she said ‘ya, I know that sounds stupid’. She said there is nothing she can do, I told her she should be telling people that there is no returns, simple. Zero customer service or attempts to care.
